Has anyone read "it starts with an egg?" - just wondering if it's worth a read!

So I haven't read it but it's the one book everyone has repeatedly been suggested to me. I listened to a bit of it on audible and it seems it would be most useful to people going through IVF or other fertility treatment, however I didn't listen to the entire book as I'm better reading than listening so I struggled to concentrate. The author is incredibly knowledgeable though.

Hi, I am currently reading It Starts With the Egg. It's good, explains a lot very clearly, but be warned the suggestions can be a bit overwhelming if you try and do ALL of it at once (and if you decide to follow the supplements plan, it can get costly). I'd say depends how long you've been trying/age/whether you have any indication of egg quality issues. At 12-13months in, for me, it's helpful and well timed.

If you're not already tracking temps/want to understand your cycle the very best book imo is Taking Charge of Your Fertility. I also enjoyed The Impatient Woman's Guide to Getting Pregnant.

Yes I’ve read it, I found it absolutely excellent and followed the supplement regine for recurrent miscarriage and have my beautiful baby.
