When you don’t think about your days as “Monday Tuesday Wednesday” you think of them as “fertile week” or “CD12” we know the feeling.

We’ve tried baby dust (back in early 2020 I think we stopped believing in that!?, we’ve tried chocolate/pizza & sofa sex (remember that? Late 2020, that got a lot of babies!) and now we are onto manifesting, testing, pleading & yet there’s still some unwanted bleeding🤣😂well tough titties we are here to stay til we get those BFPs🤞🏻🙌🏻we just need to rinse out our foofs & get the nurses to wade through our stocking full of old sperm 💦

Whether you are TTC “normally”, IUI/ivf or anything we are a crew that cling together to the bitter end & always ready to help a sister out. We’ve had multiples, some losses so know two lines can be just as terrifying as none, and we’ve got ladies where those two lines are more illusive than a white Christmas 🎅🏻

It costs an embarrassing story for your ticket, doesn’t have to be TTC related as we know laughing when TTC is needed.

@Sunbird24 well if I count myself from LMP it's 5+2 but an app has me at 5 and flo has me at 5+3, so I'm going to stick with 5 and anything more is a bonus!

@Vil10 that's why I'm so annoyed @inkypaper got tissues on scan 1 because I never managed it for any! 🤣 I meant to say though- I thought the clinic delay was because of the test results and that's why no appointment was booked for ages. So how on earth do they not have the results? What possessed them to randomly see you when they did? I'm not surprised. My friend raves about them but I honestly wouldn't go singing their praises. I've nothing to compare it with though.

@Juno231 hey, don't be team blueing me! 🤣 I fear you might be right though. On one hand I don't mind. On the other I'll always miss the little girl I never had. Because I can't see us having another.

@Sunbird24 I think we will only manage 1 and I'd prefer a girl. Only because you just have that thing where you want to dress them up and buy them a pony. 🤣 I think I will always be sad i never got it. But that's not to say I wouldn't be happy if anything at all turned up! Because obviously just having a baby we should be grateful. I feel yours is a girl for some reason.

@InkyPaper hi a either 16pdo to my calculations with just cheap ov tests or cycle day 7 or 8 I think I’ll phone gps on Monday for bloods I got high on my clear blue fertility monitor today and a nearly positive cheap opk so I have no idea what’s going on

@Vil10 I've tested neg on a LFT this morning but started coughing 🤦🏽‍♀️
I've heard so many theories too - one of which was that boy sperm dies first 🤷🏽‍♀️

@paintfairy ooooh never put two and two together about @InkyPaper getting tissue 😂. That's actually hilarious. And sorry - I'd rather be team pink as well but would guess a boy for myself too.

@Vil10 I'm one of the people who said about the protein, think a few others backed me up though. Shettles says girl sperm are slow but live longer and boy sperm swim faster but die off quicker too. So in theory the closer to ovulation you have sex, the more likely it is to be a boy as it will race to the egg first. So you have people only have sex 4ish days before ovulation in order to get a girl specifically.

With the last pregnancy I had a really vivid dream they were a girl and a boy, but I’ve had nothing yet with this one. If I have a boy my BFF will probably have hand me downs for me, and if I have a girl we’ll probably do that annoying parent thing of hoping that her DS and my DD end up together… 😂 Just need to get there first.

@Juno231 @Vil10 yep the protein shake question was on the clinic forms. Soya is really bad for men, they really shouldn't use it in excess like that. Not just when ttc.

All is well! All is great! X took the news amazing, but don't try do a gender reveal thing with a toddler, it won't work!! He is very happy that there is a baby in mummy's tummy though I missed the bit on film where he said "mummy has eaten too much her tummy is big"

One very happy wriggly baby blowing bubbles and burping it was incredible

And he chose a rainbow 🌈 dinosaur to keep safe until his little sister arrives 💗💜🧡

@Manifestingbaby I did go back half day Thursday and Friday, back again on Monday but I think it was too much and I am now knackered
@Lexber I am double vaccinated and besides being vulnerable, I passed it quite well, @Minster2012 out of the woods on terms of hospitalisation, we think, it’ll just take me a while to get over it, but same with colds and chest infections, so nobody expected me to be up and running yet, it took 4 days of looking after ds for me to test positive, and I had a clear pcr 2 days before so, who knows, just be careful

Right, back home now, so not moving, we'll see how I feel on Monday

Ooooh my guess from your 12 week scan was correct @Minster2012! Such great news you have a lovely healthy little wriggler in there!

@InkyPaper folic acid 5mg has never been available over the counter, usual dose is 400mcg so would need 12.5 tabs a day to make up that dose! Naughty doctors surgery!
