Constant cramps after stopping BC

Hello, this is my first cycle after coming off the pill and around CD 9-10 I started having these pulling pains and very mild cramps. At first I thought it might have been very early ovulation, but it doesn't go away! I am very bloated and just have this constant discomfort in my pelvis that feels a lot like very early oncoming period pains. Except no blood (I already had my withdrawal bleed).

Yesterday was CD17 and I had a stabbing sensation in my left side that was so bad I had to put a hot water bottle on my stomach. It went away about an hour later, but I still have mild pain this morning. My ovulation tests have all been negative the past couple of days. I got a few almost-positives around CD 9-12 but my pee was very diluted.

Is this just from coming off the pill? Has anyone else had cramps or a
long time after coming off BC? I am a bit worried it might be cysts.

Appreciate any experiences! Thank you :)

I had this for about 6 weeks!! It did eventually go. It was sort of like round ligament pain,

@CrumchyLeafs
The stabbing sensation on the left side could be ovulation I get it and it can be a dull ache the next day.

As for your ovulation sticks being nagitive you only have a short time frame to catch your peak so maybe you missed it just.

Ah ok, I am glad I am not alone! I was hoping it was just from hormone levels being a it messed up since coming off BC! That makes me feel better, thanks!

@Babyghirl
I have been testing 3 times a day, but nothing... so I don't think I missed it. If anything I have maybe missed it early on when I wasn't doing them correctly (I used way too diluted pee in the beginning).
Could it be implantation pain on CD17 if my Ovulation was somewhere between CD 9-12?

@CrumchyLeafs
Could be if you ovulated on cd9 implantation normally occurs around 7 to 11 days after 9 being realistic so you never know.

@Babyghirl
I guess I have to wait and see! Although I highly doubt that I will be so lucky, since it is only my first cycle TTC. I just don't know if I should keep wasting ovulation tests at this point or just wait for AF to come. I know some people ovulate really late (CD 20 or later) so it might still be coming up.
