Are there any sperm analysis experts in the house?! DH's sperm analysis results are as follows:

Morphology 2% (normal is over 4%)
Volume 3.7ml (normal is over 2ml)

A) Progressive motility 60% (normal is over 32%)
B) Non progressive motility 4%
Non motile 36%

Total count 61x10^6 (normal is over 15)
Total sperm 'N'/ejaculate 224 (I think it says normal is over 39, not sure?)

The motility result is concerning but how concerning is it in the light of the other results?

Also, is there any way to increase morphology please?

Any advice would be hugely appreciated, thank you.

Hey, I went to a private fertility specialist as my DH results came back a little similar. His morphology was 1% though. The dr said as everything else is fine, he is not worried about the 1%. If you can imagine just 1% in the however million percentage of sperm are good, that's still a lot of good sperm. It only takes 1 lucky swimmer 😊
Doctor also recommended a multi vitamin called Impryl from fertility family. He's only had a couple tablets so far so can't give them a raving review just yet but my hopes are high as these things can be improved. Id definitely get him on some sort of vitamin anyway. Good luck 🤞🏼

My OH’s morphology was 1%. We got pregnant after 12 cycles and had my DS. I’m not sure that it was the morphology that led to it taking so long. I’ve since got pregnant on the first go when not trying although that’s was a chemical. So just to reassure you not to worry too much! My OH took the well man conception tablets but again impossible to tell if that had an impact.
