The red x's stand for when we have had sex!

We have been doing it on the OPK peak day so that there is sperm waiting there when ovulation happens the next day.

Are we doing it right?!

Hi OP I stumbled on this post and I could have written it myself. I bloomin LOVE a spreadsheet, in fact I may steal this idea and make my own.

How is it going for you this month?

I'm in a similar boat as me and DH both work long, long hours and have pretty low sex drives (which doesn't help) so we struggle with DTD enough too.

We aim for three times in the fertile window but mainly hit two times. I honestly don't know how people have the stamina to DTD every day!

@lemons44 and @Artework I genuinely have a lot of love for excel and spreadsheets but I highly suggest Flo for tracking these things!

I’ve used it for years for my periods but now changed it over to the ‘trying to get pregnant’ version.

It allows you to log when you have sex, any symptoms, ovulation etc, so easier to have to hand! Plus sends you reminders to DTD which I always find funny!

Update, I had a chemical pregnancy this month. It is sad but I suppose at least it shows the sperm did meet the egg.
