Low bbt

I've started charting my cycle and my average temps pre ovulation are 35.8-36.1. Are these too low? I'm using a bbt thermometer orally.

They seem low to me so I was wondering if there was a thyroid issue?

Anyone able to tell me if these temps are normal? Thanks

Just had a look back at mine and they were similar. I remember thinking they were quite low at the time too

Are you sure you don't sleep with your mouth open? They do seem fairly low to me.

Hey gal! I can't offer advice but I'm in a similar situation and been wondering the same thing 🤷‍♀️

I think I do mouth breathe. I have sinus issues. Think I'm going to get an at home thyroid kit just to get an idea and temp vaginally next cycle

@crochetcrazy1978 keep me updated. I seen medichecks have the at home thyroid test. I was thinking about it too, saves the hassle of going through the GP. Bad enough trying to get an app when you're not well never mind trying to explain BBT and low temps 🥵 x

Yes exactly can't see the gp being understanding whereas if you go to them saying 'I've had private blood tests and they show this' they're more likely to take you seriously. Seen a good deal with thriva, full thyroid panel and reviewed by gp for £70. You prick your finger at home and post the blood to them which is easy
