Cerazette issues

Hi all, after some guidance really! I’ve read a lot of posts around cerazette being a general pain however I’ve been on it for over 8 years with minimal issues and no periods.

Around 18 months ago I took a break from cerazette as I felt it was effecting my mental health and unfortunately within that time suffered a very early miscarriage. A few weeks after I went back on because I couldn’t find another contraception I felt comfortable with. Ever since then my body has felt out of sorts and unusual things seem to keep appearing.

Which brings me to today, 5 days ago I woke up with mild cramping and upon wiping noticed very pink/diluted blood. Since then, nothing! I’ve had tenderness on the outsides of the breasts, bloating and constant mild cramps, awful fatigue and nausea. I assumed my body was given me a random period but still no blood!
Is it usual to have period symptoms and no blood?
Could It have been implantation bleeding? I took a test on Friday which was negative but could I have taken it too soon to read an accurate result? Just after some advise really of other peoples experience as this is out of the norm for me!

I was on cerazette for 10 years and for the first 8 had no periods and was very happy taking it. I then suddenly started having irregular spotting and period symptoms with no periods or no symptoms and constant bleeding for weeks. I was checked out by the GP and gyno but nothing was picked up. I have now stopped taking cerazette because of the worry that I had no idea what was happening with my body. I doubt this helps much as you know cerazette can be a pain but you're not alone with the unusual symptoms.
