My last cycle came earlier than expected which usually means my next cycle is a few days late (pattern I've observed for many years). However, it is never this late. I am now 14 days late but I am getting negative pregnancy test results.

I am a type 1 diabetic so finding out if I am pregnant ASAP is ideal. So my question here is: what are the chances that I am actually pregnant? Considering that I expected to be up to 7 days late due to my early cycle last month. Meaning, I am currently 7 days later than the latest date I expected to start my cycle but 14 days late according to my Flo App.

I am currently having unprotected sex with my husband so being pregnant would not be a surprise. We would just like to know so we can start the diabetes pregnancy programme I need to be on.

TIA.

I'm not sure how likely it is being so late, so you know when you ovulated? I usually come on 14 days after I ovulate so if I ovulate late (stress etc) I'm late on. Only thing you can do is keep testing and see or maybe with your situation see if the dr will do a blood test to confirm/rule out as you'd need to do something if you are
Good luck :)

@firsttimemummy321 thank you for replying to my post.

I did not do an ovulation test but I am aware if I come on a few days early one month, I will be up to 7 days late the next month.

I don't think I am but I have never missed a cycle before or been this late. I will contact my GP and see how that goes.

Thank you x

There's a lot of talk about how the uptake of the vaccines have been effecting women's cycles, even those who haven't directly had it themselves.
