Cycles returning postpartum

Hi, i wasn't sure where to put this threat so went with here, sorry if it's not suited. I gave birth around 6 months ago, I've been almost exclusively BF but have been giving way more formula this last month or so and BF much less. I noticed I had a lot of EWCM over the weekend so took an OPK on Sunday which was very positive, had taken ones previously which were negative. Also DTD on Sunday too so I'm wondering... am I actually ovulating? & is there a chance I will get pregnant? (pretty silly question I know). I just kind of thought I'd get a period first and then cycles would return, but I know everyone is different. Thanks!

Attached a pic of my test too, just to check it's positive?

You can surge without ovulating but you can ovulate before having your first period. Only way to know for sure would be if you were ramping it will rise if not take a test in 2 weeks :)
But yes I'd say there is definitely a chance

@firsttimemummy321 thanks so much for your reply, I needed to hear another persons opinion on it. I do remember reading that somewhere about getting a surge without actually ovulating now you say it. I temped when I was TTC but haven't in a while so I have no base to go off of if I start now, you're right I'll need to see if my period comes in a few weeks & if not then test🤞🏼
