Natural Killer Cells - where can I get tested?

I've just had my third miscarriage. I've had blood tests done by my GP and all has come back clear. I'm waiting for an appointment for an internal scan but I'm not sure that will reveal anything as I already have two children so I know I can children to term.

I've been reading about steroid (prednisolone) treatment for women with high levels of NK cells and would like to get my NK levels tested. Does anyone know of any specific clinics (preferably in the Midlands) that offer these sorts of tests?

Thanks

I'm sorry for your losses @Junibug I've had 2 different types of nk cells testing. I first went to the Coventry implantation clinic attached to the hospital and under Tommy's for a uterine nk cells biopsy. That came back as a normal level, so they prescribed me progesterone to take from 7dpo. I conceived quickly but had my 3rd MMC (my 4th loss in total).

I then went to the CRP Clinic in Surrey under Dr Shehata and had a full immune panel of tests, which includes peripheral nk cells in your blood. I again had a normal amount but they have high activation on pregnancy and essentially attack the baby (3 of my babies stop growing in week 6). I'm on an immune protocol now - hydroxychloroquine, intralipid infusions, prednisolone and cyclogest. We've not been successful in conceiving yet though. We have struggled to conceive in the past, so moving onto ivf next month using the protocol.

The clinic I'm under is more expensive, but we finally have a reason for our losses, whereas we've been told just to keep going by the nhs and the implantation clinic. I'm in the Midlands too and struggled to find anywhere local for the peripheral bloods. X
