Miscarriages-how to get investigated

I'm just going through my 3rd miscarriage ina row. No successful pregnancy's past 6 weeks.
On Wednesday we saw the heartbeat and told this is a good pregnancy and everything is going perfectly - today I am miscarrying.

How do I get investigated into why I keep miscarrying??
I don't even know where to start.
Who do I talk to?
Where do I go to get help?

I've also been told the hospital early pregnancy unit is CLOSED until Tuesday so I can't even go get a scan abs D&C even tho last time I ended up being rushed into hospital by ambulance- this is WRONG!!! They should NOT be allowed to CLOSE help for miscarrying woman!!!!! You wouldn't close a fire station for a bank holiday weekend would you?! So why close this type of help?!?!? I now have to suffer on my own and deal with this myself and HOPE i don't end up needing an ambulance again.

I'm so sorry you're miscarrying again. I think you can call your gp to request a referral for repeat miscarriages xx

I'm so sorry this is happening ❤️ miscarriage care is awful. You should be better supported and you are entitled to have this little one tested and be referred for further tests. I found epu particularly crap for support for recurrent losses.

If you can speak to your GP they can book you in for recurrent miscarriage tests at either your local hospital or you can be referred to a Tommy's clinic. They'll generally test you for things like lupus anticoagulant, antiphospholipid syndrome and thyroid issues.

There should be an out of hours gynaecology department - they don't usually publicise that though, but if you need help or you're bleeding out, please go to A&E. Thinking of you xx
