@Kay00 I’ve got some hellish cramps and red blood but not alot yet, cramps have really ramped up in the last few hours though. Probably the best thing to book a seperate appointment! My doctors will only discuss one problem per appointment

@ChinChilly I’m so sorry. I can’t imagine how disappointing that must be. ❤️😔 it’s great that you can get pregnant as you say. Maybe mention that you’ve had two chemical pregnancies now and then they might be more likely to treat your thyroid maybe? I also got the flood of emails and also thought I was very popular today 😂

@LauraT94 those frer lines look great! Annoying about the digitalis but 11 dpo is still early for a digital isn’t it? Plus it wasn’t fmu or anything so I’m sure you’ll get it in writing soon.

@Kay00 gah I always forget to mention something! Frustrating but good they’re referring you and I’m sure whatever the specialists suggest will help with the ovulation anyway but good idea to ring specifically for that. Treat yourself tonight x

@Juno231 your temps are still sounding great! Can you ring the receptionist if whatever department the test is part of? Andrology is it?

@Cams50 yeah I spoke to my mum about it this evening and whilst we were out walking, she said I need to be pushy with the doctors and tell them exactly what I want, she said turn on the water works if you need to 😂😂 We both go to the same doctor surgery so she knows how much of a pain in the arse they are.

Hi ladies,

First month using FF instead of natural cycles and second month temping at all/off pill. Just wondering if the attached looks right in terms of obv and bbt rise after? Some of you look like you have huge temp shifts. Is this slow? Any advice appreciated!

@Ttcin2021 your rise looks grand, but the temps before are v variable. Are you taking them at different times etc?

Sorry for the late update was engrossed in uni assignments. GP this afternoon was lovely a really genuine one - hope she stays at the practice. Referral for ultrasound is away (tummy and internal) and I should hear in 2 weeks for an appt. Internal rummage around done and swabs taken just in case but my cervix was looking OK which is a bonus. Beginning of May she will take bloods for further investigation and refer to gynae for fertility support as they take it from the 1st bleed after coming off the pill - couldn't white lie it as she could see my prescription history. She was really appreciative of the info I could give her about my cycles. CD14 here and have had pale lines on OPK test strips along with power back ache.

@ChinChilly Im so sorry and frustrated for you - I was so excited for you seeing that test! I really hope the doctors take you seriously after 2 chemicals even if it hasn't been 12 months yet.

@Moocher90 Congratulations on selling your house. I'm in the same position- sold and hoping to move before the stamp duty holiday ends but there's just nothing coming on the market!! Hope it picks up soon!

@Kay00 Sorry to hear you've had 2 long anovulatory cycles on the bounce. So frustrating for you. I hope you get some help from the doctors as well!

@Flowers222 How have your cycles been since your CP? I had one at a similar time to you I think and my last cycle ended up being shorter than usual and I'm pretty sure it was anovulatory

This month I'm having a new/weird situation... my temps are super high pre-ovulation, like 0.5c higher than they usually are at this stage in my cycle (chart attached- the top line is this month and a previous month for comparison is underneath). I'm not ill or pregnant and nothing has changed in how I'm temping 🤷🏻‍♀️ Any ideas what this could mean?! I'm a bit worried I won't be able to ovulate with such high temps already at this point..

@TheDaydreamBelievers yep all at same time or within 5 mins..... it’s strange. Just out in this morning temp and it’s changed ovulation but I can’t understand why.

@Emmgrem It looks to me (based on your temps) that you ovulated on CD18, which would make you 17DPO. It looks as though your period is just about to start perhaps. Noy sure why FF hasn't given you crosshairs?

@Emmgrem oh sorry!! That was your previous month - Doh!!

I'm not sure I can advise re your high temps this cycle... My temps never get that high, even after ovulation!

@Emmgrem my cycle after my chemical was normal, then I had a really long cycle, I'm hoping my current cycle goes back to normal. Odd your temps are so high. Are you sure it was definitely AF? Did you ovulate last cycle or do you think you could have ovulated really early this cycle?

@Emmgrem just realised your current and previous charts were there! Definitely looks like you ovulated before so it was probably AF. The only thing I can think is you are running a fever or you might have ovulated really early. It is very strange though.

Yeah sorry for the confusion- I thought I'd overlay a previous chart so you can see what my more normal pattern is like (that one ended in my chemical)

Ive overlaid last months underneath now.. it was shorter than normal and although I did get crosshairs (it won't show them when I overlay it) i think it might have been anovulatory.

I had a shorter lighter period than normal so I would've been inclined to say maybe I was pregnant, but I've taken loads of ICs all negative and I'll be like 21dpo by now 😂

I've tried temping later during the day and it's around 37.15 so can't be a fever or it would be above 38 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Emmgrem thank you! I know I'm extremely lucky ❤️ I can't believe how high your temps are?! I agree with @Flowers222 that my only ideas would be fever or super early Ovulation?!

@Kay00 I really feel for you with the forgetting the Ovulation thing, it's so hard when talking to doctors to remember everything! I'm sorry AF arrived without Ovulation again but my fingers are crossed that this fresh cycle brings a fresh chance for your body to ovulate! 🤞🏻

R.e. emails etc I didn't get the emails but got about 100 push notifications with all my 'mentions' from the past two weeks or so!

@Juno231 how are you getting on? How's your chart looking?

@Cams50 11dpo is early for a digital but I got a digital result at 11dpo last time so I wanted the same 😂 but yes the 'not pregnant' result was purely because it wasn't from FMU and wasn't a strong hold! Got my digital result this morning ❤️

@LauraT94 congratulations on the digital ❤️

@Emmgrem you could be running a low key infection in the background. I don't think it will get in the way of ovulation, you'll probably just have a much tighter temp shift tbh

@Ttcin2021 how much later did you temp on the 18th? You've got tentative crosshairs cause you've listed EWCM after the current temp shift. However, if on the 18th the temp is meant to have a dip in it currently hidden by your late temp taking - then I think 18th was OD and you're just having a slow rise after.

@LauraT94 congratulations on the digital!! All fingers crossed for a sticky bean - it's super positive how early it implanted though!

@Kay00 I'm so sorry about AF showing but at least you're not stuck in limbo for a bit! Def call the docs though as your cycles are being ridic :(

My temp dipped today and RHR has been dropping for the last three days (which is unusually early for me as I'm only 10DPO now). I'm all the way down to 69bpm atm. No point testing I don't think!

My RHR is has taken a right tumble and the bleeding seems to have started properly, strangley it’s a relief its started properly. My GP has an email facility to book an appointment so I think I’m going to do that rather than call. I’m not sure they’ll do anything to be honest but it’s worth a shot. If not I may need to investigate how much it will cost to get my thyroid treated privately and then decide if I really need two kidneys or if I can sell one on the black market to cover the costs 😂

@ChinChilly honestly a private GP appointment in London costs £50 and then I think a month's supply of levothyroxine privately costs £32. So it's not free but it doesn't cost an arm and a leg either considering.

@Juno231 wow I swear you need a job in BBT. You were right I did temp at hour late day 18 so did the adjuster online and it’s now saying oh day 18. Genius.

@Juno231 ahh thanks for that, I expected it to be alot more, I’m going to give my GO one last go then research some private clinics near me

@Ttcin2021 ha I also just realised you posted an updated chart this morning - I'd only seen the one from last night! Glad it worked though :)

Ladies... i'm CD1. Do I:

a) try Soy Iso again this cycle (days 3 to 7 as I did last cycle)... why not, can't do any harm, and it might just help me ovulate!

b) give my body a rest and try to get over this inflammation... plus if I Ovulated and conceived in the next 2-4 weeks then i could be on track for a Christmas baby! Eek! lol

I know you ladies can't give me the answer, but I'm really torn between what to do!

@kay00 I vote A. Apparently soy iso is anti-inflammatory anyway so could help with that too. I also think trying it for a few cycles might give it a chance to work properly rather than stop starting it?

@Juno231 I’ve sent the online appointment enquiry off to my GP, so we’ll see how I go with that 🙄

@Kay00 I’m also voting for option A, one more try can’t hurt!

@Kay00 I also vote option A! There's no harm in trying and I think you'd regret it more if you were thinking 'what if we'd tried this cycle'?
