No mean girls reports to MN last time ladies 😆🙌🏻I don’t know whether that’s a result or not, but seeing as it was the Spring Zen bus I think that was good 🦋🌸🌷🌻

So it’s back to the usual routine & realising men know NOTHING about ovulation, but then again, do our bodies?? Except for the science teachers that is 😉

We are still working on our spring challenges alongside trying to get pregnant and we’ve had great results so far.

Our bus is helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

@Juno231 I did ask him the other night how he'd feel about having his penis dilated until it burst open, having it stitched back together then hoping it heals well enough to work, feel and look like it used to. He visibly winced. Told him not to worry about the pain as the elation of holding his baby would make it all disappear like magic. I then asked if he wanted to continue referring to me as being too posh to push or did we need to go into why my pregnancies are at a higher risk of shoulder dystocia, the Montgomery ruling and the risks of permanent disability due to lack of oxygen. I'll make a feminist out of him yet 🤞🏻
Childbirth really is barbaric, it's actually quite upsetting to know we actually have a lot of rights and options it's just that so many women don't know their rights 😢

He was on proxeed plus but I think stopping smoking and binge drinking played a big part too. And eating more oranges and getting out for exercise.

Not much happening here, CD6. AF had finished yesterday morning so had 🍆 last night. Then been spotting all day so don't know if AF has actually finished or I'm bleeding after sex 🤦🏼‍♀️ need to get my head back in it. Got loads of work to do this evening catching up, poured myself a non alcoholic wine - how rock and roll 😩

Gonna get one booked in ASAP as I'll be paying for it and then if tubes are clear keep trying naturally and know that we have funding waiting to be approved in the meantime. If my tubes aren't clear it'll be a laparoscopy as it's likely endometriosis.

@Crazydoglady123 my tolerance level isn't usually very high but right now it's on the floor 😂 they really don't have a clue! I did work with a midwife once who told me she walked into a room and there was a couple at it in the hospital bed, a few days pp at most.... I don't even know how that would happen because STAY. THE. FECK. AWAY. FROM. ME.

I love doing my emkfit workouts but would like additional variety for days when I need to do something but hiit is too intense.
How is the yoga / Pilates? I've never done either lol

@Dollybird89 I LOVE yoga. It's harder than it seems too! But great for core strength and just so relaxing.

@Gem176 oh my days that makes me shudder at the thought! 😣 Even how long and how much I bled for after giving birth and the pain peeing from the grazes 😖
