Ovulation pain or PCOS?

Hello,
I have been TTC for well over a year now... I have pcos although bmi is only like 20/21 and I’m relatively healthy.
My cycles vary between 36 - 90 days.
On the 4th and 5th Feb I had ewcm, not loads and only lasted 2 days. We dtd on the 2nd, 4th & 8th. On the 6th Feb my boobs got swollen, heavy, sensitive and sore and still are now...on the 8th I felt what I thought was ovulation pain, my right pelvic area felt a pressure and fullness. Got very bloated and felt uncomfortable peeing / dtd etc as it felt like it was putting pressure on something.
The only issue is I still have that uncomfortable feeling, like a pressure in my lower right pelvic area. Not as strong as before but still there. Especially when I pee. I thought it should only last a day?
Last night and today I have been getting very mild stomach cramps, exactly like PMS cramps although not as intense and centred toward my lower right abdomen. I’m praying it is implantation.
I don’t have endometriosis as I’ve had a laparoscopy before and they didn’t find issues with that.
Do you think this extended uncomfortable feeling plus the cramping is just my pcos playing up? Like a cyst? Or a polyp? This has been a very short cycle for me as I’m due on on cd34. I’ve never had a cycle that short before. This month is the first that I’ve started taking NAC and Myo-inositol so I’m hoping that is working...
Any one else experienced this?
Thank you and sorry for rambling 😊

Hey @Charlottelouise1993 this sounds the same kind of pain I have when I have cysts (I also have PCO). I find too as soon as I need a pee my abdomen hurts and DTD hurts too. My ovaries generally ache too and I find lying on my side unbearable.
I was on Clomid last cycle and ended up in so much pain and discomfort I took myself for a private scan to find I had 4 ruptured haemorrhagic cysts on my left ovary (each around 2.5) and a large (4.6cm) rupturing one on my right. The type of cysts I had (haemorrhagic) are caused from ovulation. When your ovary releases an egg from your ovary it creates a normal functional cyst called a corpeus luteum and then shrinks back down. In my case, my ovary bled into these cysts and they filled and got bigger and ruptured (from DTD!). The fluid released from the cysts is an irritant to your insides which causes the pain and bloating (so much bloating I looked pregnant!). I had another type of cyst about 6/7 years. The main symptom of that was pain DTD and my boobs started hurting from it affecting my hormones. That one never ruptured and was 6cm but I had it surgically removed.
You could ask your doctor for a referral for a scan however you'd have to wait a couple of weeks at least I'm sure. If you can pay for a private one to see, it's about £80-90 and you can pass your results on to your doctor and if you do have cysts they'll probably arrange to re scan you in 6 weeks time.

@Crazydoglady123 thanks so much for your reply. Sorry to hear about your ruptured haemorrhagic cysts xx
That sounds exactly what I have too. Argh it’s so upsetting! I will probably pay for a private scan, worth spending the money for a quick answer as I’ll imagine I’ll be waiting weeks with the nhs.
It’s so disappointing, I hate my body!!

@Charlottelouise1993 definitely worth getting a scan if you can. If they are ruptured then there's not a lot that'll be done, just pain relief. Your body will re absorb the fluid and in time they'll settle. I have a scan not next Wednesday, the Wednesday after to check mine
