Pregnancy after endometrial ablation?

I know it's not recommended in any way shape or form but has anyone become pregnant after an endometrial ablation?

If so what was the outcome if you don't mind sharing?

I still have a period and the gyno said at the time mine was incomplete due to the shape of my uterus, so although I know it would have a less than 1% chance the thought has crossed my mind due to a tragic change in circumstances.

(If you know my other thread then please be kind, you know my mind is wandering from extreme to extreme)

I was sterilised at the same time as the ablation. Consultant said pregnancy was far too risky and could result in life threatening placenta accreta and an abortion would be needed if pregnant. I guess it might depend on the gap between the ablation and the pregnancy as the womb lining does grow back over time.

I don’t know your other story sorry but if there’s a chance you might be pregnant you ought to see your gp ASAP.

I had to be sterilised when I had mine as it's not advisable be pregnant.
I don't want to worry you but if you think you are pregnant get medical advise ASAP XX

Don't worry everyone I am definitely not pregnant!

I fell down a rabbit hole thanks to some American fertility Drs today and just wanted to see if anyone in real life (or an approximation of it) had any stories good or bad

Sorry, I’ve seen your other threads and realise why you’re asking. I think ask for a gynae referral....I think they might be able to do a scan to check measurements of the lining and then give you individual advice. Flowers
