2 miscarriages, umpteen national lockdowns, at least a stone heavier 🙄 Let's do this 💪❤️

AF due today here and nothing yet but got a BFN on a Clear Blue digital so that's pretty conclusive. Just want AF to arrive now so I can get on with the next cycle 😞

Its just so faint , i am not hopeful of leading anywhere as AF due tomorrow but you never know , gotta keep positive xx

I dont think it will lead to anything but thank you , i had a faint line last month, its frustrating but il try to be positive as time for something to materialise. Hope you are well , iv been out walking today ( nothing else to do 😂) got a 'love sausage ( 🤣) ' from m&s , having a cooked breakfast in the morning for valentines and i am looking forward to it, my husband has a few days off work now which is nice xx

@MgW1 it's better than no line at all though - definitely still time for that to progress 🤞🤗 And besides, mine was a big bold line before Christmas and that didn't end well so I honestly don't think it makes a difference - def no guarantees either way. Just got to keep positive. A line is a line, until it's not. Sending positive vibes your way! 👶🏼
Ahh that sounds like a lovely few days planned ♥️ My hubby is sick and after 24hrs of looking after him, I've lost my patience! Tired and fed up now...such a mean wife! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣 I blame the 4yr old for my lack of patience.... 🤪

I’m in the TWW now, sounds like there’s a few of us? It’s my little boys birthday Weds (turning 2) so trying to keep myself occupied with that, not that we can do much really but there’ll be cake & balloons so he’ll be delighted!

Sorry everyone but I just feel so utterly down this morning. I’ve had some spotting since Wednesday that has been intermittent. Very light pink and only really when I wipe/a very small amount on my pants. My boobs have felt much bigger and heavier too. Due AF tomorrow but I couldn’t help myself and tested today. CB early and it was a huge BFN. Surely this means I am out? If they’re meant to detect from 6 days before and this is 1 day, it’s got to be right?

Feel so utterly deflated. Onto cycle 11 we go...

Thank you @dunkedbiscuit - I was so convinced this month. In an odd way I reckon the month we finally do conceive I’ll be one of the ones that has absolutely no symptoms. We’re not really big VD people but will probably go for a walk somewhere a bit later. All I want to do is lay in bed and cry though, but I know that ultimately that won’t help.

I think im out too. Done less sensitive test and BFN! I have learnt previously that it can happen where something tries to stick and it doesnt and thats the prob with early testing..... been driving myself mad for another month 😂 Anyway, anyone tried these advanced opk sticks ? Plan next month is to do more exercise and dtd every day for 5 days so thought id try these because they give a good window ? Xx

Hi @MgW1 sorry to hear you think you’re out too 😔. How long have you been ttc? I have tried those but unfortunately they didn’t make a difference. I don’t use OPK’s anymore. I found them quite expensive and stressful. We’ve gone by the ‘DTD every other day’ for the past few months and this has been the first month we’ve used preseed. Obviously hasn’t been successful, but I will use it again next month xx

Since end of last March. Had 2 miscarriages since then. We have 2 children but were a lot younger then and no probs conceiving. Conceived after second month of trying in March... I think exercise is the way forward. My husband has stopped playing football and has an office job and put on at least 1 stone or more this year. So ... he has started running now.. increases sperm count and mortality apparently and i am out walking every day ... i really think it will help things. Xx

@MgW1 Sorry to hear about your two miscarriages 😔. I don’t know what we’re doing wrong. I consider us both fairly young (I’m 28 and DP is 30) we’re both extremely fit and active and my periods have always been regular. A bit stumped if I’m entirely honest! Xx

@dunkedbiscuit why are men so utterly useless at being ill?! Women are so much tougher in my experience! The shit we have to go through... 🙄🤪💪
He seems to be on the mend now thank god. He ran me a bath...which is about as romantic as our VD is getting! 🤣 I'd bought a pottery kit to do a 'date night' with but will save that for next weekend now I think. Have you anything nice planned?
I'm in my tww now too. How many DPO are you? Ahh your kiddies bday will be a nice distraction! And they're so damn cute at 2yrs (albeit a handful too! 🤦🏼‍♀️)xx

Awww I'm sorry to hear you're feeling down @sunshineandshowers3 . It's such an emotional rollercoaster this ttc malarkey. When I feel like that I just give in to it and let myself wallow. Tomorrow WILL be brighter. You'll bounce back and embrace the next month with all its glorious opportunity! But for now, just be kind to yourself and relax. It will happen, keep the faith 💪xxx

And @MgW1 I'm sorry to hear of your BFN this morning. So infuriating when the hope is dangled in front of you like that. Hope you're doing ok? It sounds like you've got a good attitude going forwards though, and if I'm BFN this month then I will do the same. I realised this morning that I've not been out of the house for a WEEK. 🙀🙀🙀🙀
Going to TRY and get out every day this coming week, even if it's just a 10min stroll. Hopefully this freezing weather will pass soon and make going outside more appealing! 🤦🏼‍♀️xxx

This is our first cycle this time @sunshineandshowers3 but ttc for #2 so I guess familiar territory. A walk and some fresh air sounds like a good plan, I hope it’s a bit warmer where you - it’s blimin freezing here! I’m so ready for Spring now!

Maybe I should put more effort into date nights with something like that 🤔 I’m glad your hubby is on the mend, bless em these men folk do struggle with these things don’t they. No grand plans here just a takeaway from the Thai and maybe some board games.
I’m not sure quite when I ovulated but I should be somewhere between 2-5 dpo

I feel I definitely need to switch my mindset - I normally have a few glum days when AF arrives and then pick myself back up. Try to keep the wallowing to a minimum as I know it’s not good for me.

Hi everyone, I'm so confused!

I have just had a Positive OPK, my last period started on 2nd January so I'm on CD 46!

Am I just ovulating but not had a period this month or are they just faulty!?

What does this mean, I just want AF to arrive so we can try again!

@Clapham4 I'm so glad I'm not the only one! 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ I've taken surprisingly well to being a recluse....my future is destined to be filled with awkward silences whilst my brain desperately searches for small chat subjects 🤣. Oh well, hopefully the rest of the world will be equally shit at it 🤞x

@sunshineandshowers3 we've been properly trying since Jan last year, although I came off my pill in Oct 2019! Bonkers. Never dreamed it would take us this long! Ttc baby #2, my ds took us about 2 months trying I think..but I was a lot younger then - he's now 4! 🙀 And I'll be 37 this year so I'm feeling the biological clock ticking. I do wonder whether age is to blame for the 2 mc I've had this last year 🤷‍♀️ REALLY hoping it happens soon 🤞 We've done the first round of tests and everything showing as normal so far. Got a call with the fertility clinic on Thursday (gp referral) so that'll be interesting to hear what next steps would be. I've started taking COQ10 this month to help my egg quality..so I'm feeling hopeful! We shall see. I definitely understand the low days too though 😘 xx
