CD4 for me today, cycle #60000000 at least. 🤦🏼‍♀️ TTC bubs #2 since Jan 2020.
2 miscarriages, umpteen national lockdowns, at least a stone heavier 🙄 Let's do this 💪❤️

@dunkedbiscuit welcome! 😃 if you don’t mind me asking, how long did it take you to conceive your 1st?

We’ve been ttc baby no 1 since May last year. I’m 28 and my DP is 30. Had bloods done last month which showed I’m ovulating but DP SA got delayed due to lockdown.

Can’t help feeling there is a problem as I really (naively) thought it would have happened by now. We’re both slim and healthy, eat well, don’t really drink that much and non-smokers. My AF has always been very regular too.

Thanks @sunshineandshowers3 no I don’t mind you asking at all, we were v lucky when conceiving DS and fell pregnant after 6 weeks. But lots of my mummy friends with children the same age say it took them a lot longer (ranging from 6-18 months) so I think this is a lot more ‘normal’ than we perhaps think? Interestingly some of them have got pregnant straight away with their seconds, so it goes to show there isn’t always any rhyme or reason to it!

Sorry it’s taking longer than you wanted, really hope this is your month x

Sorry @PrettyPinkPansies just saw your update - fingers crossed for next month. I'm thinking that's probably me out too? cd 27 and the urge to test is getting intense... no more 'spotting' though.

Urgh. I've just realised that all this time I could have been counting Day 1 of my period wrong, which means my entire cycle could be completely out to what I thought 😭

Before DS1 I had clockwork 28 day cycles that lasted 5 days. Now they are 28-30 and last 10-15 days. The first 6-7 days are spotting and then 7-15 is bleeding. I've been counting the first day as Day 1 but I've been reading some other posts and maybe actually Day 7 is Day 1?! 😭😭

I tried OPKs for the first time this month and never got a positive result. Maybe this is why. I'll have to start a week earlier next month and then see if I can work out ovulation that way..

@organised5 I would have said day 7 but I'm by no means the authority!! I always thought Spotting isn't a period (I think that's why it's classed different)

Hi ladies, have recently lurked on these threads and taken the plunge to sign up. I'm 31, second cycle of TTC baby number 1. Currently in my TWW - using clear blue advanced ovulation tests and had flashing smiley faces until Thursday evening when I got a static smiley. We DTD Tuesday night and Thursday night so hoping we've got the timing right this month. Last month we had a couple of attempts mid cycle but I think I may ovulate later than I thought so we were probably too early anyway. Fingers crossed and good luck to everyone ❤

Anyone else in FW? 🤞🏼

Hey, Ive just been catching up on all the posts too. According to Ovia app im in FW too. Not used opks this month (this is cycle 1 and trying for baby #2) but I think I usually ovulate around day 16 or I did when I was using opks for my first. Think ill wait a couple of months and if nothing happens then Ill try the opks again. Im 30, had my first at 27 so hes almost 3!

Are you planning on dtd every day in FW?

@Clapham4 hi. I'm roughly the same dates as you.
I'm in FW and according to my app I'm due to O on Wednesday but I'm also using OPK's this month so still waiting on a signal there as CB hadn't shown anything yet so worrying a little bit. My cycles are about 28days.
I'm 33, and TTC #2. On my second cycle.
Good luck with this month 😊 has your CB given any indication to you yet? x

Hi ladies, I'm in FW from today so my app says. DTD today and aiming for every other day this week. Have never used OPKs as have managed to fall just by following my cycle in all previous pregnancies so I'm hoping I will be lucky enough to not need to use them 🤞

@dunkedbiscuit he's 9. I've had two mc since having him and it's taken me 2 years since the last one to entertain the idea of TTC but I just want it to happen now, I'm so impatient!! How old is your little one? What cycle are you on this time around?

I was the same my DS turned 2 last May and suddenly became really broody whereas before I wasnt sure I wanted another. I think it helped he finally started sleeping!

We decided to wait till this year for our next though as we are getting married in June or should be. Was going to wait till after the wedding but not sure if it is going ahead or not so just decided to start trying now. If i do get pregnant quick and wedding goes ahead my dress has a corset back so should still fit!
