Hi @tinkerbell999 I'm very sorry for your losses. I've had 4 and am now seeing a private doctor. He is prescribing steroids on a case by case basis but you need to have testing with him first. I don't know of any other private doctor prescribing steroids at the moment (am on a few different groups).

He looks at nk cells and how they behave in pregnancy. Mine are very aggressive and so I'm on a plan to regulate my immune system using hydroxychloroquine and intralipid infusions. I don't need steroids. It's Dr Shehata at the CRP Clinic in Surrey.

Hope that helps x

What’s your TSH level
‘Within normal range’ by the nhs standards isn’t ok for fertility
Needs to be 2.5 or below.
Have you tried progesterone? x

Thanks ladies tried progesterone suppositories and asprin hasent worked .. I get pregnant then I start cramping straight away then lines fade it's like my body just wants it out .. my thyroid was apparently just under 2.5 last time I was tested x

Also this is probably going to be very costly I'm guessing x

The testing isn't cheap with Dr Shehata but he does seem to have good success with his plan (I'm only on my second cycle ttc with him). Once the initial tests are out of the way it's not too bad.
If you look up the clinic it gives an overview of the tests and rough costs x
