Would you still get typical AF cramps if you've conceived?

Not sure if anyone could help me out particularly if you've ever had a BFP, but I'm just wondering if it was possible to still experience all the usual signs AF is on her way (cramps, headaches etc) and still be pregnant or if you would be more likely to experience an absense of these symptoms of AF in the event if you have conceived? I am 10dpo today and had mild AF cramps on and off which I usually get in the run up. I am therefore wondering whether my chances are low this cycle. However, last night I did get pretty painful stabbing pains which is unusual for me. Any thoughts would be appreciated

I had normal period pains with DS. I didn't test for ages because I was convinced I was going to bleed and I had an irregular cycle at the time.

In my experience BFP symptoms are exactly the same as AF symptoms. I felt like I was about to come on at any moment when I got my BFP

Both times I felt no different to normal, only difference was tiny implantation bleed and 7dpo with one and wave of nausea 9dpo with the other.

I had sore boobs and cramps which I normally get pre period but not much else! x

I agree that the symptoms are typically the same so I tried and try not to symptom spot nor do any early testing.
