Hi ladies,

I was lucky to get a positive test a few weeks ago. I am meant to be 7 weeks today. My HR has dropped significantly - do you think I have anything to worry about? Xx

Help! Pregnant and RHR

Hi @BigLucy,

There simply isn't enough research about RHR and pregnancy to warrant concern.
I conceived in November and my RHR skyrocketed the day I got my BFP then had a sharp fall two weeks later and shortly after I miscarried. BUT!! When I saw the decrease, I was frantically googling and found dozens of women who had their RHR go up and down during pregnancy and went on to have healthy babies.
I would just put the Fitbit in a drawer and forget about it for the next few months. 😉
Best of luck!

It's normal to get a dip in RHR around 6-7 weeks pregnancy

Mine did and I'm having twins - about 8 weeks it started to climb again

@BigLucy At 6w+1 and my RHR dropped at 5w+2. But as @ivfbeenbusy said, she had a dip and nothing was wrong with the pregnancy! I hope your scan goes well! Have a lovely Christmas when it comes! 🌲
