Hi all looking for some advice. I did a free this morning using my first urine and got a faint but pink line on a FRER. I used the same urine to do a one step cheapie test and it was a definite negative. I’ll try and attach the pictures but it is very faint and was hard to see. I took it apart after to check the line to make sure it was pink. Has anyone else had this? I’m 8/9dpo. I’m testing early because I need to take medication as soon as I get a bfp.

Yep I can see a faint line, FRERs are the most sensitive so it would make sense that other tests wouldn't yet show up positive. Congratulations x

I can't see a line on the FRER but I'm on the mobile app and you can't zoom in on photos.

I just wanted to say with my DD, I got a positive on the FRER around 10DPO but nothing on a one step cheapy for about another 5/6 days. They're really crap! If you can see it on the FRER, you're definitely positive so don't worry it's not on the other one - congratulations!

Thank you both I held my wee after lunch and did these tests when I got home! I’m in shock!

I had the same yesterday-bfp on FRER and femometer test but bfn on cheapies. It’s not uncommon I think as although ic tests claim to be 10mlU they are really not that sensitive. Did another test today and now at 11dpo have a faint pink line on the cheapies so I definitely wouldn’t worry. xx

@Sallyjo27 yay that's great you've been able to confirm it with other tests 😊 x
