With all babies? I'm just wondering when everyone thinks is the best time to fall pregnant and have a baby, in terms of months but also time in their life (and with age gaps. If it didn't fall to plan, is that good after all?

Had a November baby and already thinking about what would be good for next time.

In terms of months, I had a late winter baby and thought it was a lovely time - by the time you're recovered and able to get out of the house the weather is starting to warm up and it's getting brighter, and you have mat leave over the summer. Also I was in the 12-20 weeks pregnant stage during autumn so could cover up with cardigans and coats as I didn't want people to know, and I didn't have to suffer a summer heatwave while heavily pregnant.

Obviously rather difficult to engineer that though, unless you're super fertile!

I would of had mine closer together - 4.5 year age gap here and both in September! I have an August baby who struggled with school, starting reception at age 4y 1m Confused, but I'm lucky they're both heathy lovely adult/teen now and just fine!

I have a September DC and conceived in Dec. Autumn is a lovely time of the year, I loved taking DC out for walks in the park, it wasn't too hot or too cold and by the time Christmas was upon us, she was more aware of the world and everything around us. DC also benefited from all the vitamin D from the spring/summer months.
People often tell me DD may have an easier time /advantage when she starts primary because she will be older.
When we come to ttc our 2nd DC, I'd say September/October or Spring baby would be lovely but I can't say I have a strong preference!
