Sore breasts before period

I generally start getting sore breasts about 5/6 days before my period is due.

I'm currently 6dpo and my period is due in about 5 days which already makes me think I'm out this month.

I have been pregnant before but can't for the life of me remember if the were sore before BFP or not.

What has everyone else's experience been that normally have these symptoms before your period is due?

Did you still get sore breasts the same way and around the same time or not?

I get this every month. I think it's the progesterone rise, pregnant or not. Started early this month though about 4 DPO. Currently 9 DPO. It stops for me just as my period starts, which is usually 12/13DPO. A friend of mine swears she knew she was pregnant because of how sore her boobs we're, but that was like 14dpo. I'm currently convinced my period is starting tho. I have cramps but then I'm only 9 days po so a bit early either way.

Symptoms right!

Annoyingly I never had sore boobs before my period started UNTIL I started ttc lol, maybe I’ve always had this but only started symptom spotting 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s the same either way for me, been pregnant twice but sadly miscarried both. However my boobs felt slightly more tender when I was actually pregnant... but saying that I had the same thing last month and was convinced I was pregnant but sadly not! They’re incredibly sore right now, but I’m chalking that to ovulation.

Sorry this probably wasn’t much help 😂

My boobs hurt straight after I ovulate- it's the progesterone! Annoyingly
