Hi everyone, is this an old wives tale or is there truth to it, should you avoid stretching or reaching upwards when TTC/DPO i.e reaching to take stuff from the top press or handing clothes on the line? I'm 5'2 so have to reach all day !!

5'0" here, I feel you pain! Grin I've never heard of this and I'm by no means an expert, but I have done a lot of reading on TTC. I have read about high impact exercise potentially reducing chances of implantation, but reaching out can hardly be classed as exercise. If only!!

@eloiseislost I'm hoping its just an old wives tale !! Im in my 2 WW & sure trying to mind myself but sure I don't have a maid to clean the house etc...LOL!
I had a MC in June & the nurse over the phone told me not to do any hoovering or mopping so now I'm so paranoid!!

I am very sorry to hear about your MC. Thanks
I can't help but feel that if hoovering and mopping could affect early pregnancy, not many women would give birth at all! Grin If it makes you feel better, try to take it easy. But don't beat yourself up if you have to do what you have to do either. Wink
