4DPO cramping

Hi all, I'm 4DPO and pretty much ever since I ovulated I've had weird cramps/dull pain in my ovaries and pelvis. Is this normal? I know it is way, way too early to even think about pregnancy or implantation but I was wondering - Has anyone had this and get their BFP later on? Might sound a bit hopeful but this is the first cycle this has happened so I have everything crossed

So I just took a test. Only 8dpo. Is this the start of a line or could this be an evap/indent?

Hi all, sorry if this isn’t the right thing to post but I’d just like some input. I’m only 5 days DPO, have been tracking ovulation and DTD on and around my peak time, I felt ovulation pains which I’m used to but for the last couple of days I’ve been getting what feels like pinching in both side of my stomach and lower down in my groin, am I being crazy to think these might be positive signs? Has anyone else had symptoms so early? I won’t test for a couple of weeks as I want to be sure and trying not to get my hopes up!

I've had the same! At 7DPO and had a lot of cramping the past few days. I don't usually get them at this point in my cycle so it could be a sign?
I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high as our timing was a little off when we DTD. I think we were too early, but you never know.

I'm not seeing anything but 8DPO is still early. Try again at 10, maybe?

Ah, I've just noticed this thread had been resurrected and the OP was from 2020! Please ignore me, although I'd be interested to know what OP's result was if they're still active on here!

I’d been really interested to see how you get on! I did a test this morning and it was negative, I knew it would be as it waaaayyy too early! Wishing you all the luck x

No worries at all! I’m fairly new on here too.
Thank you, I’ve done the same knowing it’s far too early but I know how the curiosity feels - you need to know! Especially when the cramping is so weird.
AF is due Friday so I’m planning on trying some early response tests in the next few days and go from there. Fingers crossed and good luck to you too!

@KateInHappyland how’re you getting on? My cramps were weird yesterday, more pulls and this evening I’ve had such a sore back! I’ve caved and done another test, I’ve convinced myself there’s the faintest line but I’m probably going mad! At least I don’t have any more now so I’m going to behave!

@Sjmc16 I did the same this morning! Couldn’t resist but it was a BFN, which isn’t surprising this early.
I’ve also had more cramping, but now I’m telling myself that the closer I get to AF the more likely they are to just be PMS cramps.
I feel like it’s 50:50 at the moment, might be or might not be!

Im just resurrecting this old thread, not sure anyone will answer or see it but thought I may as welll ask in case.

Currently on 4th cycle of TTC and 4dpo , been having on and off cramps since yesterday , milder than AF cramps but definitely still uncomfortable.

I've been having these very early in the luteral phase every month since TTC , never noticed them before.

Does anyone else get anything similar to this? I know it's way to early for implantation cramping and , like I say, I've had them in this part of the cycle since ttc.

Thinking of speaking to a gp about it if not positive this month.

Heya, I did! But it ended in a chemical unfortunately. But those symptoms were all pointing me in the right direction! Xx
