Spotting up to a week before period

Hi all,
After numerous internet searches and tests at the doctors, I have decided to come here for advice or perhaps just reassurance?
I am 34 and have been TTC for 18 months now with no luck, we are having tests under a fertility clinic. However since coming off of the pill femodene over 2 years ago, I have found that my cycle has now changed, every month I have brown spotting and sometimes even bright red bleeding (especially after a number2, sorry tmi) for anything from 4 days to a week before my actual period starts. All my hormone levels have come back as normal and scans have shown no internal issues. Has anyone else had this and found a cure/solution? I'm really worried this will hinder our chances of conceiving naturally or even with IVF, if that is the path we have to go down. Before being on the pill I was so regular, every 28 days for 7 days without fail, and no spotting.
I appreciate any advise anyone has!

I know it's an old post but on the off chance it helps anyone, I was spotting from about day 21 of my cycle. Went to the GP, ended up getting a private ultra sound and hysterectomy to check for polyps. Was advised it was my progesterone hormone levels dropping too soo , and the only thing I could do was take the pill if I didn't want the spotting.
After lots of googling and doing my own research I found the one thing that helps massively is having organic milk. On a cycle when I only have organic milk I might get 2 days of spotting, if I have normal milk I get at least 7 days.

@Twinsmum2021 thank you so much for this, that’s so helpful, as of yet I’d not found a solution other than being offered the contraceptive pill - which I do not want, so I will absolutely give this a go!
I’m glad it’s helped you too. There doesn’t seem to be much info out there about it and it’s very frustrating when you’d just like to know why it’s happening! X

@FranklinOo86 hope it helps, please report back if it does, wish I could shout if from the roof tops, scary that fake hormones given to cows, affects our cycles! I've had the issue since 2020 ish, but did have twins in 2021, and same problem since cycles returned. I've meant to post for ages, and was just reminded when I'd had a holiday and drank normal milk and so problem reappeared.

I also took boots complete woman vitamins as they seemed to have alot of recommended vitamins for women in, although its the organic milk that's made the most difference x
