Clear blue digital advanced ovulation

Hi everyone. After another unsuccessful cycle I have decided to try the CB digital ovulation tests as opposed to the ICs. However I’m a little confused as the instructions on this one state to take the test using first morning urine. While all the other brands I have looked at state not to use first morning. I’m really confused. Can anyone offer any advise from their experiences? At the moment I’m really considering using both ICs and CB coz I scared of missing ovulation. This is also my first month trying to track BBT but I work days/nights shifts so not expecting this to be accurate as I’m supposed to be on nights around my ovulation time. We will see. Thanks for any input xxx

So obviously had my static smiley face like I said on day 9 so did ICs along side it for day 9 and 10. Two tests per day, on with FMU and one later on between 5-8pm while that static face is showing. No LH on the IC so not sure the CB has been accurate for me. Once that smiley face goes (tomorrow morning) im going to continue to test with both and see what happens x
