I am usually only using Clue and I don't even know why I downloaded Flo but I did and it's showing me different dates as to when I am most likely to ovulate (see pictures).

I forgot to order ovulation sticks in time, and felt like I didn't want to spend £20 on the clear blue ones in Sainsbury's.

Do you know why this could be? The two additional days were spotting and don't count as my period in the clue app.

I'm also imagining things, any twinge means I'm ovulating, once past ovulation, every little cramp means implantation. I'm overthinking everything and getting so obsessed with it. Any advice?

I have Clue and Flo and I always find Clue shows a different ovulation date than Flo. I also downloaded one called Fertility Friend and that is the same as Flo but my actual ovulation is always a day before those 2 apps tell me (I don't use OPKs but I can feel it) so I'm not sure apps are super reliable in terms of exact ovulation but good to just track things with

Apps really are only estimates and have different ways of predicting things. I agree with the PP that they're better for recording than for predicting. The more information you give them the more accurate they are though. And after a few cycles (and if you're very regular) then they can become good predictors, but by that point you'll probably know how to read your own signs without an app.

Good luck 🤞 just DTD regularly (ideally every other day) and you'll catch the right time.

Thanks @Curiosity101 yes, dtd every other day. I couldn't manage every day with a toddler running wild and not wanting to go to bed at the moment.
