@LV1987 I feel your pain, although my OH is the opposite and doesn't really talk much at all if he's struggling. I honestly never thought the day would come when he wouldn't be up for sex. I definitely think ttc puts them under pressure that we maybe don't consider-I know a few people on here have had issues where OHs couldn't finish etc. Sending hugs and hope things look up for us all soon.

@Franklydear now that is a theme I can get on board with 😂
@BellaBella84 that is exactly the sort of thing my OH would do. He will clean and tidy a room brilliantly but I will then find the things from that room in various random places where they have just been shoved.

Really interesting reading the weigh chat, I'm a slimming world regular and got to my target weight of 10.12 in February on the same day I had the 12 week scan that told us we had had a mmc. So needless to say I didn't stay at target and with lockdown thrown into the mix I am now 11.11 😢😢
Going back Tuesday and need to get myself focussed. Think I will also count calories using my fitness pal. But I'm having an indian takeaway tonight and OH bought me a big bag of peanut m&ms so will obviously start tomorrow 😂😂 no guessing why I'm classed as obese 😂

@LaceyMermaid I want my next one to be early too needless to say il be hitting the bouncing ball and raspberry leaf tea bang on 36 weeks!🤣 yeah I was tiny before I got with OH and we not made each other gain a bit of weight that combined with my contraceptive injection is why I put on weight!

@Busybee143 I need to download fitness pal again I think and have a play around with thag and see what happens

@Clairey844 you are not obese! I was 12.6 when I realised shit I need to lose weight but even then I wouldn't say I was huge I was just over weight. I'm going back to slimming world on Monday to weigh and hope the scales at home aren't far off !

Ah thanks @lucyrp. Unfortunately I'm only 5ft2in so for my height my bmi is just 30 so I tip into the obese category rather than just overweight 😂

@Clairey844 bmi is a load of shit which has now been proven ! Body builders are obese! My bmi is like 27 I think 🙄

Oh and 100% agree on BMI @lucyrp my eldest is a pro footballer and he is classed as obese but has 11% body fat so it’s all muscle!

All this talking about diets got me thinking, I also need to lose weight, I am moving more than lockdown and out and about I managed to reduce the number of treats and coffees, my only thing is breakfast, buns and coffee, or maybe toast, give me ideas for an easy to make, quick, healthy breakfast...

@Busybee143 I guess more healthy, that'll fill me up until lunch time, something better than toast or pain au chocolat, but not overly calorific, I am not a morning person, and cooking for breakfast is not my thing, I did porridge for a while but it takes too long

@Franklydear - What about overnight oats? Basically porridge oats, fruits (I normally have berries) and yogurt. Just layer it up in a pot and pop in the fridge, then it's ready to grab in the morning.

I make mine with frozen berries, so it keeps it colder. Also shredded wheat or weetabix instead of porridge oats.

@Franklydear Can’t go wrong with eggs! Scrambled with smoked paprika and feta on top, plus tomatoes and avo on the side. Eggs always keep me full for ages

@Franklydear I would recommend overnight oats too. I like mixing milk, Greek yogurt and I little bit of water (keeps the calories down) with some sweet freedom choc shot then layering it up with some oats and some chopped cherries in between. It's like pudding!
Chai seed pudding is nice too but it is a little weird.
Rice cakes and peanut butter with banana or rice cakes and Avacado might be a good shout?
You could add spinach to your scrambled egg and mix with cheese and put it on a wrap?
What sort of things do you like? I'm always trying to think of brekkie things for my little one (she just has whatever I do).

@Franklydear I have 3 simple breakfasts I alternate between... porridge oats (2 min microwave) with some blueberries on top, a bowl of muesli (barely/rye/oats/raisins) or a bowl of bran flakes. All with soya or oat milk. They are all usually sprinkled in whichever seeds are recommended for the cycle half I’m in. I’m not a morning person either so needs to be something easy to make!

@Busybee143 that’s the thing, I don’t really like breakfast, it’s more a get something down quick, and it becomes boring very quickly, so maybe @2020mission has the right idea, I can alternate the oats, with something else, maybe the rice cakes

Nothing much to report here, still on northisterone to stop AF, til 31st, getting horrendous headaches from them now 😫soooo bored of them. The IVF lies have started..asked mum and Dad to look after DS on Tuesday to cover for our zoom first appointment & so it begins.

@Franklydear same as most ppl not telling others we/you guys are TTC most ppl don't tell others about IVF because it puts A LOT more expectation on. Especially as most times it takes 3 IVF attempts to work, whereas most ppl assume it works because it's science, & don't realise it takes longer. So I've been on tablets now for 2 weeks, we won't be in TWW til around end of sep at the earliest, imagine ppl asking "how's it going?" That entire time. It's easier just not to say. But there's a lot of scanning/appointments involved so it's a lot of lying/covering & soooo stressful when you find out things like my womb lining wasn't thick enough last time to do the transfer...I felt a failure before it even went in 😩
