We’re nearly full so made us another thread!

How is everyone?

I’m 6DPO CD31.. going to be a 40+ day cycle.. as if 30 doesn’t feel long enough!! Nothing to report aside from that.

@dogmam I'm trying to hold off testing for another week, I would have caved today only that I don't have any tests in the house and couldn't get to the shops🙈

@Annaposie the temptation is hard! When is AF due? I'm not due until next weekend so aaaggges yet!

Hey! How is everyone? I'm back from my holiday- it was lovely to get away for a few days! 😊 I'm now around 10DPO.

@1992EM how are you? Thank you, I'm trying to arrange my Gynae appointment but it's tricky- I'm sure I'll get there in the end!

@Littlebee1990 it's definitely good to take time away from MN and googling everything! Thank you, yeah definitely means we are one step closer now! 😊🤞🏼 congratulations again - so exciting!!!!

I am good . Heading into ovulation week. Opks getting stronger. We will see what happens.

No idea when I will test but have managed to not test too earlier or at all the last 2 months. Being back at work makes it harder to test first thing as I hate the thought of a stark white and then having to go to work x

Completely agree, I try and do the same, it's so hard not seeing a trace of pink /red on that stick.

AF is due next week, no symtoms of AF yet but not reading into it too much , I'll try and resist testing until next week .

@AnnaPosie Good luck . I hope you get your BFP. The way I look at it is if I am pregnant AF will not show and therefore I will get a strong BFP if pregnant. If not then I don't waste money on test . I am more disappointed and upset by negatives than AF arriving. 🤣🙈 I have a while until AF. Ovulation should be in the next couple of days so dtd as much as we can.

Hope those who are ovulating soon are having lots of fun 😉 Doing ok here, still anxious but my digital has progressed to 2-3 weeks and got a dye stealer on a FRER.

Got a positive opk and cb smiley today CD16 . Dtd last night and will try for the next couple of days too. Seems I ovulate anywhere between cd14 and cd19 in my cycles. Which I am glad I know as otherwise I would miss it each month.

Thinking I'm 1 DPO today, OPK's started getting lighter as of yesterday. Didn't get to DTD last night (O day) as OH was very tired, but DTD 3 days in a row prior to O so hoping that will be enough... 😕 now comes the TWW, and our wedding in exactly 2 weeks from today! I really hope I'll be pregnant because if I'm not, then that means AF is due on our wedding day... 😅

I hope everyone is well and good luck to anybody testing this week . Ovulation day today for me. Hopefully in with more of a chance this month. Dreaded tww coming up now.

How does everyone work opks?
I had a strong positive on IC and then did a CB and got a smiley. I know they detect 2 days so if I do another today and it's a smiley is my peak technically today so ovulation is tomorrow. The line was darker than control line yesterday and showed up instantly. I haven't tested today yet.

@kalecat I really hope you get your bfp, it will be the best wedding present ever! Having said that, AF turning up around the same time will be hard I'm sure, so I've got everything crossed for you x

I'm 6dpo and other than boobs absolutely killing, nothing else going on. AF due next weekend so just 1 more week to go!

@dogmam that sounds like promising signs. Fingers cross it leads to a BFP.

Turns out my opks are negative today. Dtd Friday and Saturday so hopefully caught it . Now on to the tww. AF is due on the 27th ill be off that Friday so probably test the 26th . X

@1992EM eeek I hope so!! I'm the same with ovulation varying on cycles but it seems to be either CD 16, 17 or 18 for me. Sounds like you dtd on the right days so just a waiting game now! (Worst game ever)

@dogsmam it definitely is a tough 2 weeks. I am hoping its the last one I have but on month 5 I now just expect AF to come . Fingers crossed you get your BFP and the 2ww goes in quickly x

I just use the CB ones @1992EM - they’ve been pretty consistent for me, although I only test once a day.

How are things going @Littlebee1990? Do you have many symptoms yet? Just out of curiosity - I think I remember you said you didn’t have many before the BFP.

Although I’m trying really hard not to read too much into anything this month. I’ve had months with nothing and months with loads of symptoms and none have been successful! 8dpo now so about the same as @dogmam again I think! If anything I already feel a bit crampy

Great to hear from you @Dinosaurus86.. I’m doing ok thank you, no symptoms apart from waking up to wee in the night / insomnia, I’m somewhere between 4+5 and 5+5 (not sure because I ovulated late so if I go by ovulation it’s the first number and if I go by LMP it’s the last) but feeling pretty symptomless which is worrying me! I’ve booked an early scan for 3rd October and just hoping I make it.. only 18 sleeps to go 🙄😩 xx

Hi @Dinosaurus86 I think it's best to sometimes not get too caught up in 'symptoms' although easier said than done. I feel pretty much the same as usual for 8dpo which is sore boobs, which I've had for since about 3 or 4dpo. Everything crossed for us this month, I really hope we are both lucky x

@littlebee1990 I'm sure having an early scan will put your mind at rest a little bit and you can start to feel less anxious and more excited 💕

@Littlebee1990 that's awesome! I'm so excited for you! Are you on a fb group? I've found a couple really helpful, loads of people dont have symptoms yet so definitely dont worry :)

@dinosaurus86 I like them too. Just don't like the price 🤣🤣 the one step ones work for me well and then I use CB when I have a peak on them. They have worked so far. Fingers crossed I won't have to buy anymore 💕

Having a tough day mentally 😪. I already had a chemical in July, but starting to think I had one in June as well. I had 3 positive tests of different brands at 8dpo in June and then the following days were all negative, and AF came on time. (But my CP in July, the tests were positive from 11dpo-15dpo, then AF came at 16dpo).
Find it hard to believe that 3 tests were all faulty in June.
This is cycle 3 of trying and now I'm coming to understand that conceiving isn't our issue, it might be staying pregnant that's the issue 😔.
4dpo today and just wishing next week would come already so I can test. If I have another chemical I'll definitely be going to the doctor for some answers. I know our TTC journey is still early but it's so hard to remain positive today.

@Kalecat try not to get anxious about it, 3 cycles is still super early, theres nothing to suggest theres anything wrong this early. Ttc is so tough on mental health though and I think many of us have been there. The most important thing is looking afrer yourself :) sending baby dust

How are you all? I had a bit of a break on here as TTC was getting a bit overwhelming especially as my cycle seemed all over the place. I tried to be more relaxed about it all this cycle, only using OPKs once a day and tried my best not to think too much about it all. I randomly started to use some OPKs again the other day even though I ovulated 11 days ago. They were all coming back near positive and so plucked up the courage this afternoon to POAS. Literally couldn’t believe my eyes when it was a BFP. I’ve had back ache and had sensitive nipples one day but other than that not much to report. Still trying to not get too excited as I know it’s early days. Really hope it sticks!

@Littlebee1990 - we must be due around the same date?

Sending everyone as much baby dust as I can. I know how hard both mentally and physically it can be. Really hope we are all celebrating our BFPs together soon x

@dogmam @1992EM Thank you, I hope it’s the reassurance I need! Honestly I thought the TWW was bad.. it has nothing on the waiting for the scan, my god I’m driving myself bonkers!

@Nottherealslimshady I’ve finally braved the Due May 2021 group on the pregnancy page but not joined the FB group yet, I’m going to wait until my scan because I’m a worrier! Glad you’ve found yours useful, I can’t wait to join!

@Kalecat I’m so sorry you’re having a wobble, I honestly remember feeling the exact same and I hated when people said to me that my CP showed I could conceive but I guess it was right, 3 months really isn’t very long at all but it really does feel like a lifetime and remember even if couples do everything right there’s only a 25% chance of the sperm and the egg meeting so please don’t be too hard on yourself at the moment. My CP was cycle 3 and this BFP is cycle 5, I’m super hopeful for you ❤️

@mylittlebean2019 Amazing news and huge congrats! Because of my cycles being messed from my chemical pregnancy I’m not exactly sure how far along I am but I’m somewhere between 4+6 and 5+6 as of tomorrow. Looks like I’ll be due around 20th May, how about you? I’m also pretty symptomless apart from struggling to sleep past 4am.
