So apparently chocolate also helps you lose weight 😂 I've eaten so much chocolate this week was fully expecting to have gained weight and yet somehow still managed to lose 1lb 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Catherinettc ahh maybe after your heavy period it's made you feel a bit off balance, give yourself a few days and hopefully it all settles down, although strange your cervix is high and soft mine is only like that during ovulation 🤔

@Catherinettc maybe even though you only bled for 2 days you are still having the hormonal symptoms of af? Also not surprised it only lasted 2 days when it sounded so heavy. I know nothing about cervix position, I'm no acquainted with mine 😬

@blodyn91 Luckily the camera wasn't on so I was able to bat him away for the few minutes it took me to wrap up the call. Well done on the bike ride! I felt that way on my run on Sunday - it was my fastest 5k time in years!

@Catherinettc my cervix is high and soft during AF aswell. Noticed it the last two cycles. Was so high today that I couldn’t reach it at all! I know from what I’ve read that it is supposed to be low and firm but mine definitely isn’t!

Had very heavy bleed sunday, calmed by Monday and gone by Monday evening. I have 4 faint positive tests before that
So thought must've been a cp or something.

Af is always around 4 or 5 days for me. Have more pg symptoms now than I did before? Sis saying maybe its not af and to test again. (She had a friend who.was preg with twins and lost one early and other was ok) now I dont think this is the case with me at all. Just my sense of smell etc is really strong.

God knows whats going on xx

@Catherinettc sorry I forgot you had the faint positives. Maybe hcg still in your system giving symptoms? I mean you can alway test again if it would set your mind at ease.

@Madz123 it just takes sometime for peak to drop down again for some people! I'd take the 200% as your true peak as that's crazy strong so ovulation could be today or tomorrow x

@Madz123 I think that femometer will assume ovulation is the day after the end of your peak so if you logged a low today then it might change ovulation to today 🤔 I think they say it's normally 12-36hrs after the beginning of your surge so I'd guess yesterday or today 👌🏾
