@Newbie0818 - My temp in June reached 37.10, before suddenly dropping. I stopped temping in Sunday with this cycle and got to 36.83 at 7dpo. I believe anything above 38 is a temperature for an adult.

Currently laying in bed and I'm pretty sure the guy behind us lives here all year round, but it is very loud this morning and talking to everyone who goes to the toilet block.

AF is due tomorrow. I've woken with a pulling feeling in my left side. Feeling a bit icky, but think that is because I need a cup of tea and some breakfast.

@Vil10 My mouth was so dry last night but could have been due to my sleep, or lack of! I usually only have a few sips of water during the night but last night had almost a pint! Didn't have anything particularly salty or anything for tea either.

Started feeling like I have AF cramps this morning 😫 temp and HR still high though and no spotting as yet which I always get at least 2 days before.

@Newbie0818 great chart! and lots of sex! My highest was this morning at 36.75. But my lowest is around 36.0

Morning ladies, 8dpo over here, still got creamy cm, and sore boobs and nipples but not as sore as they were, still got dry mouth😂 and in bed last night had some weird twinges middle low down, I don't really know how to feel for this cycle, like I'm excited to test but I just don't think it's the month for me however much I want it to be!

@blodyn91 haha I wasn't taking any chances! I'm so happy with the chart so far it feels a bit more "normal". And I don't want to get ahead of myself but my boobs are sore, which is unusual for me. Probably just a proper progesterone rise 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Vil10 I am 12DPO today so not too different from you! Had an urge to test this morning but just quickly peed so my FMU was gone 😂 waiting until tomorrow night and if no spotting or major AF cramps then I think I'll order FRER for Saturday test!

@lucyrp I know such a long list but didn't feel like it was a stress! Just felt like ooo what else can I do to help ! Everyone works in different ways though and the best approach is whatever is the least stressful.

@Newbie0818 I jumped into agnus castus on cycle 2 as my first cycle I ovulated on CD22 which felt like an age and I just felt like I couldn't be doing with all the waiting!! We DTD like everyday from CD5 that month as well which got a bit much!! By the time we got to actual FW I was like meh.. I also had a LP of 11 days which is totally normal but thought if the agnus would lengthen it a touch it wouldn't hurt.

The agnus castus brought my ovulation forward to CD17 for cycle 2 so I am pleased with it, and got an LP of 12 days. As with all these things though my body might have done this on its own, who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Vil10 At this stage I am too scared to test in case it's a BFN! I'm quietly confident as my HR and temps have stayed high and I just feel different this cycle, but of course could all be in my head 😂 I've had no real symptoms other than feeling extra tired!

@Amy00 there's no way I could do all of that without stressing. I think I stressed too much with even OPKs and bbt 😂😂and the doctor told me I was stressing far too much also as they don't suggest the use of OPKs as they're not accurate either 😂

I think for me, the more I can do, the more I feel in control of this thing that is actually totally not in my control at all!!

Feeling nervous as last time I got a BFP it ended in a CP at week 5. So need to reach that mini milestone then I'll feel a bit better!

Well I'm going to go by ff and say I ovulated yest? I have a few wipes of ewcm but nothing on opk 🤔 had positive on opk sun afternoon but nothing else. Today my bbt is slightly up but RHR the same as yest so I'm completely lost. Following to much I think. So I'll go by ff and that way if af doesn't arrive by the 13th/14th of aug then maybe I'm in with a shout lol. Def dtd enough during fw to cover us so if not maybe that ship has sailed 😥 and my body isn't ovulating. Time will tell

@Amy00 my CP was at 7 weeks so totally not looking forward to my next BFP at all in a sense😂👀 I'm the same but I get very obsessive over things and ultimately it stresses me out more 🙈

@Ltay2 that's positive then!! I'll have my fingers crossed for you!! I think if it's a bfn for me this cycle, next cycle I'm just going to do opks and my usual folic acid! Not going to bother with seed cycling or ass fruit juice or pomegranate/Brazil nuts/pineapple, and if it happens it happens!

I get so confused seeing these FF charts and data, I use fermometer because its more modern and clearer I find where as the FF looks so old and I can't understand it 😂😭

@2alreadywantanother what did your BBT do yesterday? You'll need 3 sustained high temps in a row to confirm OD so let's see what happens!

@lucyrp yeah femometer definitely looks more snazzy, I used both but actually found FF better for getting all your data on one page with femometer it never wants to show you the full month with all the info which is annoying when I'm looking at other people's 😂

@lucyrp I find the femometer bbt chart useless as it is so drawn out /the scaling is odd so it's really hard to see any patterns. Plus if people ask for help with their charts it's always important to see what the CM/OPKs did too and you have to flick between a million screens on femometer to see that info.

Just tried that bra thing so I normally buy a 36C and that's said I'm a 34G! Whattttt? X
