Just checking back in to see how you're all getting on. Loving all the baby pics! I was not a cute baby. Looked like uncle fester till I was about 2 as I had no hair at all 😂. Then when my hair came in it was the MOST ginger hair you've ever seen 😂.

@notyetamumbuttrying I can't see anything but it's so hard to get a photo when they're faint. Give it another couple of days and test again

@Juno231 all these cycles we have done everything right, got a peak OPK, we probably just didn't ovulate 😩 I winder how long this cycle will be for me, I'll keep temping but starting to think I am out now till April 2021, but Im OK with that. Just hope we get this offer accepted on this barn, so we have something to distract us!

@Vil10 this is my 3rd cycle. Came off pill in January but didn’t start trying til may really. Been doing opk and temps last 2 months and my cycle seems fairly standard. 27-30 days and ovulated day 14 both times with temp rise after. Just need to wait and see what happens. I’m 38 so not expecting it to happen straight away

I don't feel too bad... This will be cycle 7 for us, but only our 3rd cycle using OPKs. My main frustration is that the pill still seems to be affecting my cycles, as they've still not regulated - this will be a 42 dayer when AF arrives.

I've tested at 10 possibly 11 DPO so I think it's pretty conclusive, but if my period isn't here by Wednesday, I'll try again.

Definitely going to make the most of that bar... And the bottle of Malbec OH bought me as a just in case :)

@LT103 that's so strange I'm exactly the same!! Came off the pill 31st Jan, but only started tracking and properly trying in May! At least you have a fairly regular cycle and know when you're ovulating! Will this be your first child?x

Yes @Vil10 this will be first. What about you? I swore we’d just be fairly relaxed about it and here I am temping and checking opk 🤦🏻‍♀️
I stopped pill thinking it would take a few months for things to regulate but I’ve actually been cycling fairly normally since stopping thankfully!
We covered fw so guess it’s just down to luck now!
I tested early last month and got a faint positive at 10dpo but followed with a negative the next day so I’m a bit wary of reading too much into early tests any more. Not sure I’m patient enough to wait it out tho. Well see

@LT103 this will be my first too, and OH's so we can't wait! It always starts like that doesn't it, swearing to yourself that you won't obsess, I did that at the beginning now im seed cycling, drinking grapefruit, pomegranate, eating Brazil nuts and pineapple, I feel like a crazy lady😂 I know it's not necessary because so many people get pregnant without doing those things but if it increases my chances then why not! That's so good that you regulated quite quickly, it took me a few months! Testing early is such a hard predicament isn't it, I wish I had the will power to wait and see if af arrives but I never do!

So I just typed a big long reply to people and my tortoise decided to walk all over my phone and swipe it off 😭😂 🐢

@blodyn91 just keep an eye on your temps, last month my temps were the least 'textbook' post ovulation temps (including 2 dips below coverline - I had to also remove a temp for FF to give me a coverline) so give it a few more days and you may see more of a pattern x

@LV1987 when I tried for first time I came off pill and waited 7 months before even trying so I bet if I'd started straight away it wouldn't have happened either. It's annoying how it can take so long to get out your system and for everything to regulate. Keep going you will get there x

DH agreed that if I wasn't going to tell him when I had a positive opk this cycle then he had to have sex with me every other day starting yesterday. Annoyingly he waited until 2am and several gins so he was going at it for over half an hour and couldn't finish 🙄 maybe some pre-cum swimmers still got in there 🤷🏼‍♀️ hoping for better tomorrow just in case fw has started

@Newbie0818 morning lovely 😊 I've been on the pill since I was 16, I had a break for about 2 years when I was 24(ish) and they regulated then to 32 days quite quickly. I'm now 33 though, and had been back on it for about 8 years by the time we started trying. If I am honest, I misused it a little - I was on one that you take for 3 weeks and then have a withdrawal bleed, but consistently skipped the withdrawal bleed for a few months at a time. So, I've probably gone and f**ked my body up! I think I will have a chat with the GP after this cycle so I have another "tracked" one under my belt. Then I should know whether this long one was an anomaly or not ❤️

@LV1987 ah I did the same with skipping the bleed, it was so convenient for big events and holidays etc. I thought initially that was what was wrong but I suppose not. Always worth a gp trip as they're more likely to help with irregularities than ttc :) hopefully it was just an anomaly like you said.
