Would love to hear your experiences. I've been off the pill for 3 months now, and my general research says to allow 3 months to see if your hormones kick back in.

I'm on cycle 3 off the pill, and while I've been getting AF I've either been ovulating very late with a really short luteal phase, or I've not been ovulating at all.

Thanks in advance x

Haha you're on it then!!! I've not read it starts with the egg yet, but had it recommended a few times. I just love TCOF as it's so easy to go back to re-read.
Yup, that sounds like it's happened! 🤞🏼

@NoCallerID fingers crossed I'll be able to tell from my chart this time how long my luteal phase is. Thanks so much for your help x

@MintGreenLife not that I was much of a help... 😅 honestly, look into kindara. You can follow people and when they share a new chart you get notified etc. It's a great community for FAM!

@MintGreenLife hi! I know it’s been a while since this thread but hoping you’re still around :) I have stopped taking the pill and have very short cycles (19 days) which looked like a 3 or 4 day LP last cycle!

I was wondering how you managed to lengthen your LP and get on track ?

im also concerned as I’ve always had a short cycle of 19/20 days even pre pill, so this would be my norm x

I always had regular periods every month , started my period around 13 and when i was 18 i went on the pill .I was on it 2 years and suddenly when I came off my periods were never regular again naturally. I took agnus castus or vitex for many years to regulate them. I think it might depend on the extent of your irregularities. When i was taking it before mine were irregular every 2 months but then my hormones went bizzare when I hit 30 and I had no periods for 2 half years and at 33 was diagnosed with pcos and my angrogens are sky high. Had tried agnus again but didn't work. Just dosent seem to bring on or regulate my periods at all now which is why I think it depends on the severity of your cycle problems. That's just what I've experienced personally. One thing that I started taking that I truly believe brought my cycle back after 2 years was pukka (yes the tea brand) womankind pre menstrual ones. Took them and 1 month later it started. I took them for months and they were brilliant but then they disappeared from the market and when they came back they changed the formula and they don't help now . I think the component in it thats supposed to help with hormones is shatavari herb. Although I took shatavari separately and it didn't regulate. Its whatever was in that magic formula of the old pukka ones

By the way if your going to try agnus castus , I recommend Fushi. I've tried many brands and found fushi to be the best. No binders , no fillers ect aswell Would get tablets , wouldn't advise the liquid forms available as the taste of agnus is horrendous
