When trying to conceive, did you lay down for a few mins afterwards? (To help stop gravity)

When my DP asked if I’d be better laying down for a few mins after we had done the deed trying for a baby, I said don’t be ridiculous!!!

I then googled it and it looks like there may be something in it after all Shock I usually get straight up and wipe within seconds and I’m not pregnant yet.... so I thoughts if Kat down for about 10 mins to held stop gravity.

Or am I mental?

I did but it took us 9 cycles to conceive so I’m not convinced!

@Flittingabout

I've just got my BFP and have never done this because I physically can't so gravity can't have stopped me. I did read that the best swimmers will have gone milliseconds so anything that um comes out wasn't the good stuff you need anyway!
You physically can’t lie down?

My friends swore by doggy style and then lying with bum in air for 29 mins afterwards. No idea if it works but shedoes have 4 kids....😂

I don’t think it makes a difference, anything not strong enough to swim isn’t going to make it anyway.

However laying down afterwards helps mentally as you feel your doing all you can to help Grin
@twickerhun why cant you shower?
Well hot showers and baths - something to do with not overheating your body - apparently embryos don’t do well in heat.
