Pregnancy Tests getting lighter

Hi

My cycles are between 27-31 days, I have no idea when I ovulate so not sure if that will make a difference but I’m sure the tests should be getting darker by now. On Friday I did a FRER which was vvvvf. I did another on Saturday morning with fml and it was faint but quite easy to see. This afternoon I did a clear blue digital and it said not pregnant. I did a clear blue early just now and the line is so faint you can hardly see it. I’ve had faint cramps for the past couple of hours but I know that’s normal in early pregnancy. Why aren’t my tests getting darker? They should by now surely, my period is due at some point before Wednesday. Sad

Hi OP, I think that FRER and CB have wildly different sensitivities. From memory, FRER is 6.3? And CB is 25 so your levels maybe aren't quite high enough for the CB. Try again in a few days x

Also to add, this early, the level of hcg in your morning urine will be higher than in your afternoon/evening urine and so will result in a fainter line x

Thank you so much for replying. I’ve ordered some more frer which are coming tomorrow and I will do one on Wednesday morning with fmu.
