@SmileyT thank you I'm hoping so too but even so I won't be able to relax until after 7 weeks. I'm scared to even book an early scan for 7 weeks because last time there was nothing there by that time but there was at 6 😬 mines like that although I tend to get the cramps the night before and then it comes in the morning!

@Cocoblue22 yes that's a good idea I shall pee in a pot and once he goes downstairs to sort his lunch out il dip it then. I know I just worry now after last cycle. Before I wouldn't have worried at all and that's just threw me off. Especially seeing how often it happens to girls on here ! X

@blodyn91 raspberry leaf tea ?! I thought you were only allowed to drink that once you got past 36 weeks to induce labour ?! I used to drink tonnes of it and probably explains why DS came 10 days early. That and the bouncing on my gym ball

So fortunately after his accident last night my DHs dad is Ok just needed some stitches in his wrist having rolled over a digger which is fortunate thank goodness but he's still not stopping driving 😔

I've just eaten a tablespoon of pumpkin seeds on their own & now need some ass fruit juice. Pomegranate for later which is worse. In between is going outside in the rain with a moody toddler & 2 dogs one who hates rain. Will it all be worth it you say?!

@lucyrp been watching fertility homeopath videos on YouTube, and she recommends rasberry leaf tea as its contains lots of antioxidants and B vitamins 🤷🏼‍♀️

@blodyn91 oh really that's odd I've always been told to steer completely clear of that until you're able to viably give birth. Maybe it's good to drink until you conceive but then you must have to stop it until the 36 week ?

@blodyn91 oh I hadn't even considered that! I guess I'll know tomorrow if it shoots back up? Raspberry leaf tea does not sit well with my stomach unfortunately... I can see how it might induce labour

@Minster2012 haha no after the 3 home poured G&Ts I fell asleep before I even put it on 😂 had to turn it off the night before as it was after 12 and I wake up around 5.30 so I'm just causing myself a bad day if I stay up late 😴 so glad DHs dad is okay and didn't say yesterday but so excited for you to be able to try IVF soon xx

@lucyrp did you have a scan at 6w last time? I had one at 6w and 7w to see the HB and hospital checked my cervix at 8w last time so think I won't relax until I get to 12w next time but will still try and enjoy the experience, I've decided I like the idea of a March baby now 😂

DP suggested we try home insemination next month anyone tried this before? @TTCmummy2021 i'm trying to work out if I need any special equipment or if I can just use the preseed syringe 🤔

@Pixielou16 @unluckyducky have either of you had any symptoms? I’ve just seen you’re 11DPO and 12DPO, I’m 12 today too! Very few symptoms but I’m actively trying not to symptom spot 😂

@SmileyT no I didn't have one at 6 weeks I didn't even know you could go private and have scans how very naive of me 😂I definitely won't relax until 12 weeks but il feel much better past 7 weeks as thats when I bled last time. Still so far away tho 😩

@Pixielou16 congrats!!! Did you test before today? I had a BFN today at 11dpo so am grasping at straws hoping it could still become a BFP 😂

Im 14dpo and had BFN on IC. I refuse to use expensive ones until af is really late as she always seems to turn up like an hour after doing one and I feel stupid for wasted one. I think I'm out this cycle though

@SmileyT - you need sterile pots, soft cups and preseed.

Put preseed in while hubby is ‘busy’ or if you are going to do that together then put preseed in 15-20 mins before inserting the specimen.

Once he’s ‘done’, pour the specimen into the soft cup and insert as soon as you can.

I suggest practising with a bit of water first as it’s a new thing! Wifey says it’s actually easier inserting standing up but again, try and see what’s easiest. For ease, wifey also says dropping a tiny bit of preseed on the edges of the soft cup to help the slide in in! Obviously you don’t want to drop the specimen 🤣

Once it’s in, orgasm as that helps pull the sperm up but not internal. Outside clit fun!!

Sorry to be graphic but there’s no easy way to describe all that 🙄 x

I’ve also never had less symptoms in my life 😂 feel right as rain apart from being a small bit tired but I reckon that’s down to OH snoring 😂
