Cervical bleeding post sex

Does anyone here find they have a little bleeding after sex?

I've been told I have cervical ectropian/erosion, and that this does not effect fertility.

However, whenever I get this (in the luteal phase), i can't but think I'm out for the month.

Does anyone get this and has gone on to have a BFP?

TIA 🙏🏻

I had this, and was diagnosed with the same, in my late teens. Was told it was a common side effect of the pill, so was advised to move onto the mini pill. I didn't get on well with the mini pill, so just used condoms and then ended up stopping and casually seeing what would happen then onto actively trying. Very soon after stopping the pill I found the bleeding stopped and never had problems again, but we weren't successful with trying so following more tests (which nothing was found) the doctor said she could see a tiny but of ectropian still but assured me it is no cause of concern and doesn't affect fertility. Were you on the pill? If so, how long ago did you stop?

Hey bunny, thanks for your reply.

I was in the pill since my teenage years, had two kids in between but have been off the pill for two years now, actively trying for about a year. I'm 39 now. I've had all tests with a doctor, apart from a tube due test.

It just seems to be the same pattern every month, always ending in a period. Just want some hope really from luteal phase spotters who end up with a BFP...
