5 DPO and symptom spotting like crazy :)

Im currently 5 dpo and my boobs have been killing me the last few days! I dont normally get sore breasts until a week before af, so this is really early for me.
I know its far too early to be symptom spotting, but I cant help it
Anyone else 5dpo and having any symptoms?

I'm soooo bloated crampy and tired tonight, and starving all the time 😂. I think my ovulation is definitely late as that's what I get like. I find it really strange I'm ovulating on cd24/25 😣😣 worrying me a wee bit lol

These ovulation tests are all from today 🤔😂 cd 24 very odd ... I did try a hpt was negative. Not sure why I got a solid smiley last Wednesday maybe my body just never actually ovulated.

Have you been peeing on sticks all day @Elou26 😂 it's very strange. It is possible to ovulate twice in a month though, so could be that maybe?

@claireb707 and @MrsLully cramps are so hard to differentiate from pms to pregnancy. Hopefully they will ease for you both by tomorrow x

@30andTTC1 yes 😂 I'm working from home at the moment so I just kept checking to see if they got darker 😂😂 x

So I’m 12dpo today, gave in and tested and it was as negative as negative can be. I think that’s probably me out, plus I feel very highly strung and ready to break down at the drop of a hat.
I think I’m going to have to take a restraining order out against AF......

@Elou26 it could be that your body didn't actually release an egg last week so it's trying again this week. So you will get the lh surge but then nothing is released.

Could be implantation, I never normally get preperiod cramps, I get bad cramps normally only on 1st and 2nd day of period 🤞🤞🤞

I'm worried now though that I am getting my hopes built up too much here and it's going to end sadly with my period next week 😢

I was reading about this stuff earlier and it seems that 2 in 3 women don’t experience any pregnancy related symptoms before a positive test. Only 20%ish get implantation cramps and less get spotting.
Sore boobs etc are due to progesterone which happens in the luteal phase anyway. The HCG related stuff (nausea, hypersensitivity to smell and weird non-AF stuff) apparently can’t possibly start until a few days after implantation.
....aaaaand yet of course we will continue to symptom spotting til we go blue in the face 😂

Mmm I really do think this are pre period cramps I'm having guys. They feel very familiar. And can't be implantation pain as that happens before you can get a positive pregnancy test.
I said I wasn't going to get excited, but man, this sucks.

@claireb707 ye it's possible going dtd tonight and tomorrow morning just incase 🤣.

I had implantation cramps with my son and they continued all the way through as my belly grew 😂 they can be a good sign. It's looking very positive for you!

@TheOrangeMonster 12dpo is still early I would wait another few days. Yes I get what you mean tcc makes you feel like you are going crazy sometimes! Lol

@MrsLully I know it's sucks that was me last month I was so upset ☹️ in a way I just wanted it to start to try again. Now I dno if I've ovd or not this month 🙈😂 I'm just winging it now lol.

@Elou26 that was me before I got OvuSense. Mind you, the people that just wing it are the ones who seem to get pregnant on the first try (two of my friends....), perhaps it’s meant to be?

Hello lovely ladies 🙂
Just letting you know that AF still not here and my tests keep being positive but faint. The cramping for miles better last night with a hot water bottle in bed, but this morning they are coming back and I just feel generally very bloated. Also boobs on fire.
I should be 15 or 16 DPO so with the tests being faint and the cramping I don't know what to think tbh. I've officially missed a period though (for now).
How are you all doing?

@MrsLully when I was pregnant with my 1st my cramps were that bad I constantly thought my period was coming I even had some spotting and everything was fine. I would maybe try a different brand of test? Because the line is definitely there. I'm just bloated 😂 but this cycle is all over the place x

@Elou26 I might go ahead and get a digital one. I'm just scared to get excited for it to be over if AF arrives. I didn't have any of this with my first as I found out when I was at least 7 or 8 weeks gone.

@MrsLully not everyone gets blazing strong positives early on, my friend actually never ever got one and she had a perfectly healthy boy. You just never know 🤷🏼‍♀️. At least if you have the digital you know for definite as it says in it words. Or maybe ring the doctors and tell them what's been happening 🤔. X

@Elou26 I wouldn't be obsessing about the lines so much (a line is a line, right?) if it wasn't for the cramping. You might be right, I might just call the GP. I've read that cramping in early pregnancy is fairly common, but it shouldn't be painful painful.
I can hear my wee one upstairs, I'll go give her some cuddles. Whatever happens I'm already the luckiest person ever anyway 😊

@MrsLully I've just gone back on the chat and looked at some of your previous pics from this week and the line was so faint. It's definitely getting darker (and that's on a cheapie) which must be a good thing. From Monday's pic to now, it's a much more obvious line! Now af is late, give the dr a call and hopefully they'll give you some reassurance.

Morning girls how is everyone? ... woke up and decided to take a test BFN it was an Amazon cheapie that was in with ovulation tests so still keeping fingers crossed ... only 9DPO today and have a really weird ache on my lower back/ right side anyone experienced this before?

@Anastacia1 AF is due tomorrow and my boobs still seem to be bigger than usual but I feel crabby, like I normally do before she arrives.
DH and I are planning a big “date night” at home tomorrow so that if she turns up we can take our minds off it.
