4dpo hunger and sore nipples?!

Hi all!

I'm really new to all of this so am most likely making myself go crazy with symptom spotting!!

I'm currently 4/5 dpo and today I've had extreme hunger - when I say extreme I mean it... I literally feel I haven't eaten all day when I've had 3 large meals. Now this evening my left nipple is really sore, I accidentally bumped it lightly on something and it made me say ouch out loud (never usually ever have sensitivity).

Am I going crazy by symptom spotting too early?!

@Tinks123 I actually said to OH today at 4/5dpo that my hunger was so bad literally nothing was filling the hole, strangely I looked back on my notes from last cycle and the only thing I'd written was 'so fucking hungry 😭' so guessing it's normal for me but always good if it's unusual for your cycle 🤞

chillichutneysarnie · 03/06/2020 21:54

Hehe yeah that's normal for me too and currently experiencing it!

Tinks123 · 03/06/2020 22:45

@SmileyT I'm going to add this to my notes for today (new to all this!). Maybe it happens every month but I don't realise? We'll see!! 🤣

Progesterone increase is what causes those symptoms. I want to eat constantly a few days after the ovulation.

@Tinks123 hopefully you won't need another month but it is actually interesting making notes and realising how much of our behaviour is dictated/ influenced by surges in hormones 🤯
