@lucyrp I'm 28, still young but jeez the multiple sex a day was back when we were 22 before our 5 year was born 😂 my son is such a mummy's boy & my dog is forever by my side so between the both of them my OH is lucky to even sit beside me during the day 😂 awk dont worry about my peaks dont even think about them, I'm just broken 🙄 I had en Ectopic Pregnancy in march so I will just keep monitoring them & if always the same every cycle il speak to GP.

Skip86 · 25/05/2020 15:36

Bahahaha new meaning to the term 'pump and dump' right there 🤣🤣 I think I like it better than the breastfeeding definition @Bear127

Right that's me done for the day 😴 night night

lucyrp · 25/05/2020 15:41

@KateColx defo not! I even have some raspberry's in the fridge too so might have to copy👌🏼 my OH doesn't even think about it being sex just to get pregnant so I'm afraid I don't have that problem🙈although he is getting fed up of me "banging on" about tests and temps etc 😂

@KRK05 I wish my little boy was a mummy's boy he's more a nanny's boy and I think he even likes my OH more than he likes me 😭😂 this TTC stuff is so stressful! Oh no that's so sad ☹️

TTCgee · 25/05/2020 15:47

@KateColx hahaa! Oh god same! Every single thing I feel becomes my obsession! V jel of the gin might go and pour myself a glass of wine. Decided this time I'm not completely giving up the drink as it's the only thing that can semi keep me calm 🤣

Omg pump and dump 😂😂😂 @lucyrp hi ovulation twin lol and yesss my DH is NAHT about the routine. I keep trying to pretend it's not about the fact that it's my ovulation date but it's just so obvious! If he tries any moves like pulling it out to do it on me (which he loves) I'm like hell no! I need those swimmers 😅😂😂

Thank god for this sunshine though makes it easier to switch off and stop googling every single thing!

I defo can't keep up with this convo 😂😂- every time I come on there's another 100 messages and I'm like ahhhh my DH is like will you get off mums net for 5 mins? haha I'll be popping on every few days tho and will keep everyone updated! Hopefully this is THE MONTH for us all! Xx

Minster2012 · 25/05/2020 15:59

@KateColx yes loving the nails (& jealous of the gin!) looks lush!

@Skip86 I bloody do too!

@Bear127 that’s hilarious “pump & dump I need your Sperm!” I’m just worried we might actually ovulate during the week when we just can’t be arsed & that’s when it becomes routine & boring whereas at the weekend we tend to have loads of fun sex anyway so I thought it was falling brilliantly.

@KRK05 power being added to the list!

KateColx · 25/05/2020 16:04

@lucyrp haha I should have known you wouldn't have any issues with it when you're upto it 5 times a day 😂 I miss those days! It's hard not to want to talk about it all the time isn't it, at least we all have this group now 😂

@TTCgee haha each time I get past FW I'm like yeah I'll be fine this month, no bother, then a few days later I'm googling whether teeth sensitivity is an early sign of pregnancy 😂😩 I'm the exact same with my husband! As soon as ovulation dates come round I'm trying to act cool about it but he knows instantly 😂 maybe I just need to up my game all month long so he can't tell when OV is 🤣

notyetamumbuttrying · 25/05/2020 16:06

Yep mines hate it @KateColx and I can tell is reluctant. We've only done it twice so far so need to do it again tomorrow and then again when I ovulate but we're back to work tomorrow and I just know we're both gonna be stressed again. I might see if I can get him before dinner today lol! He never likes it after cos he's always like "look my food needs to go down" 🙄 men lol! Loving the look of that gin 🍸
Defo have the glass of wine @TTCgee I've had the pre mixed pimms and lemo n g&ts at the park earlier. So hard not to drink when it's sunny! I only tend to cut back in that week lead up to AF. I love drinking, don't know how I'll cope once actually pregnant lol! I guess lots of ice cold drinks in wine and gin glasses 😂

lucyrp · 25/05/2020 16:09

@KateColx woah calm down it was only 4 not 5😉😂I literally want to speak about it all the time and when I had my CP I'm sure my friend was sick of hearing about it I went in so much😂

notyetamumbuttrying · 25/05/2020 16:09

Yes @KRK05 power is amazing! Gutted it's over tbh. You'll love it @Minster2012. And same with doing it more at the weekend. Now we're bk to work tomorrow I'm stressing we'll miss ov day as hubs doesn't really have a high sex drive 😬

notyetamumbuttrying · 25/05/2020 16:21

And he's fallen asleep lol! I despair 😩

Minster2012 · 25/05/2020 16:40

@notyetamumbuttrying on the drink I’m the same but it’s surprising how much of it is psychological, so when I had IVF & got BFP I immediately went out & bought the non alcoholic seedlip gin & kopparberg & old mout non alcokholc ciders & I was fine

notyetamumbuttrying · 25/05/2020 16:47

Good shout, thank you @Minster2012. Just hope I catch soon cos no ones going out so it won't be obvious as hell when my friends ask why I'm not drinking. I'm like the group pisshead on my most nights out 😂

LV1987 · 25/05/2020 16:52

Hi all, I popped in on the May bus a few times, and been stalking this one for a while now. Cycle 5 for me, trying to make baby #1 for me (#3 for my OH). Came off the pill in December so had pretty irregular cycles since then, but the last two seem to have settled at 37 days... I'm CD11 now so still about a week away from fertile week, I swear this bit drags more than the TWW for me! AF is due on Father's Day, so I'm really hoping for a BFP this month ❤️🤞

Minster2012 · 25/05/2020 17:16

@notyetamumbuttrying yes I totally agree, I struggled to hide me not drinking before lockdown as even in our village we I’m part of an events group organising stuff & though most of the group are much older than me we all meet up in the village pub (opposite my house!) on a weds night & we take it in turns to buy bottles of wine to share so I had to start to say that “our wine Wednesdays” was making me fat (true I had put on weight & was losing some) so I was being good & limiting drinking to the weekends 😂...I had JUST managed to hide it from my in-laws who we saw nearly every weekend & they love a drink so I thought I was clear... But then lockdown happened (& my miscarriage) & I thought for fucks sake it would have been PERFECT to hide a bump & any sickness & be legitimately lazy & just magically appear at the “glowing bit” but oh no. FFS 😂🤣

Minster2012 · 25/05/2020 17:17

& welcome out of lurkerdom @LV1987 🥰

notyetamumbuttrying · 25/05/2020 17:37

Aww @Minster2012 it's just not fair sometimes is it!
Welcome @LV1987 you'll get on well on the June bus as well! There's a good bunch here Smile

SmileyT · 25/05/2020 17:40

@notyetamumbuttrying Where are you thinking about moving? Staying in London? I love a drink but I did dry jan then found out 2nd week of Feb I was pregnant and didn't drink until my MC in March and it was surprisingly easy, when we went out with friends I just pretended to drink 😂, I also have a cupboard full of seedlip @Minster2012

@KateColx how fabulous are you with your painted nails, I managed my fingernails the other day but not even sure I can reach my feet anymore. I desperately need the beauticians and hairdressers to be allowed to open again because I am a hot mess 😂 my OH doesn't seem to mind the routine but I'm not a fan, because he works shifts last month I found myself working out when we can have sex at the beginning of the week and then it just felt like something on my to do list, trying to be more chill this month x

Hi @LV1987 good to see you over here, hope you have less confusion up to ovulation this month and you're rewarded with that BFP ❤️

@KRK05 snap with the BBQ... 27 degrees here so decided it had to be done ✌🏾

@SmileyT Omggg that food looks amazing! So jealous when we're just having shop bought pizzas, although they are the slightly more 'posh' ones 😂

OH is now on antibiotics so no drinking here, I'm not a big drinker at home anyway but he's gutted he can't have a beer for a week 🙈 he's been in bed most of the day so I've tried to enjoy the sunshine in the garden on my own and not use it as an opportunity to make a list of garden jobs that need doing 🙄

notyetamumbuttrying · 25/05/2020 18:01

No @SmileyT moving out of London and closer to my parents in Bucks. Perhaps berks border so Maidenhead and surrounding areas. We both will need to commute into London so needs to be on decent line in and with cross rail it makes perfect sense! Wow that bbq looks 👌🏾enjoy!

Minster2012 · 25/05/2020 18:21

OMG that bbq looks lush @SmileyT total food envy!! We’ve just eaten a paella. I often sometimes still have a seedlip trying to convince myself I’m drinking less but tbh lockdown with a toddler, potty training a toddler in lockdown, having a miscarriage on my own whilst DH fought to save our business now him working even more hours as it’s busier & there’s staff off due to no childcare so he’s trying to plug the gaps which leaves me at home more with 2 active dogs & a toddler is frustrating me more & reaching more for the wine 🙄

blodyn91 · 25/05/2020 18:29

What does ovulation pain feel like? as I had big stitch/cramp feeling yesterday on one side for like 10mins?
Forgot who mentioned it but yes we both feel like trying to conceive has become too much of a chore. I got upset last night over it all 🙈 still DTD after though, nice little spooning sesh 🤣 that felt more normal.
Went swimming in the river today, loving this sunshine! Hopefully helps us all mentally

MouseholeCat · 25/05/2020 18:33

Hi everyone! I'm popping onto the June bus as this is cycle #1 for us- currently, CD7 and I tend to ovulate anywhere between day 10 and 21. I've had PCOS for years but recently got diagnosed with Hashimoto's. I'm on levothyroxine which seems to have helped my cycle- I've had a few months of steady ovulating day 17 so fingers crossed that's the new normal!

I'm so impatient but have pent up TTC energy I need to release at someone other than DH!!

lucyrp · 25/05/2020 18:39

I can't wait for the hairdressers and beauty salons to open again, my nails, toes, hair and lashes all need a lot of help and my brows!😂😂

My friend came round today to stand in the garden so I could social distancing meet her baby while she was in town. He's 3 days old and was so hard not being able to cuddle him😭 it was my other friends poor birthday today so feel really sorry for her as we would normally be going out for food or a night out etc but instead she's home by herself with her cat😂🙈 I've been mowing the grass but as for bbqs me and OH are bbq'd out we've had one every week pretty much since the weathers been nice

Katao · 25/05/2020 18:40

@blodyn91 stitch like pain is exactly how I would describe it. I never noticed it until ttc #1 and used opks and now that i know what it is it seems so obvious.

blodyn91 · 25/05/2020 18:57

@katao day later than apps had suggested so would make sense. This 2WW is going to draaaggg
