TTC after MC - June 2020

I'm 31 TTC #1 after a MC in March this year, AF has just finished and I'm on CD6 and all ready to go for my 2nd full cycle.

This month I will be tracking with opks, CB connected, BBT and following SMEP plan.

@Hayleylou89 hi babe yeah got the cup . I boiled it for 5 to 10 mins like it said to, hopefully get to try it out over next couple days. Aw thanks for asking got her this morning xx I'll attach pic with DH. She loves a cuddle . Shes so so cute . Had a little walk and a play and sleeping now . Already had some accidents but also got her to have few wees outside.. winning. We love her and hoping she will be a welcome distraction during TTC stresses... but may have to make extra effort with DTD now hah . How was it breaking the news to your mum ? Xxx

@Ejb86 my god that is soon but it does happen my brother and sister are only 13 months apart one is 41 the other is 42.. crazy isnt it x

My mum was absolutely shocked and delighted she shouted " this is the best birthday present ever" so she was over the moon. It our 1st wedding anniversary today so iv ordered an massive italian meal i aim to be in a food come by about 7pm haha x

When are u due to ovulate?? Xx

@Hayleylou89 fertile period starts Friday and due to ovulate next Wednesday. got an email saying hermes have my ava bracelet today so hopefully I'll get that tomorrow. Gonna try through everything at it this cycle 🤞🤞 puppy seems to be sleeping a lot at the mo so should be fine DTD 😝 xx aw bet your mum was so happy xx bless her xx look after yourself hun xx

@Jazper thanks for your comment on the other thread. It's good to have people at the same stage!! TWW is actually going okay (she says, day 1 ) but after a few weeks of feeling despondent and low, I'm actually feeling pretty chipper. How are you finding the TWW? Any plans to test early?

@Renna your puppy is adorable will defo keep you busy. A friend of mine had been ttc and sadly had a MC so put ttc to the back of her mind. She then got a new puppy and a month later she found out she was pregnant so fingers crossed for you. Xx

I have been following your stories and I'm sorry for what you went through and hoping for your rainbow babies soon! I have been taking a while to get courage to post anything. I just want to thank you all for sharing your stories, being such an amazing support group to each other ! And thank you for giving hope to those who follow the chat but are not active on the chat yet! It makes my ttc journey easier.
I'm 32 and ttc#1. I got pregnant this year to lose it as missed miscarriage at around 9 weeks in beginning March which we have learned at our first scan. It was very painful process emotionally and physically. Midwife did not explain that it will be hurting so much. My missed miscarriage has started a day before the scan, when given a choice for d&c, pills or natural, I have chosen natural as the recovery is faster( not knowing that it would be taking so long and be so painful). We were ready to ttc directly. And to our shock, I had bfp at 9dpo in May. The lines got darker until 18dpo and then started to get lighter, following by spotting and full bleeding, clots. I would have been 5 weeks but instead going through miscarriage again. The test still shows pregnant but line goes lighter. To some of your comments, it seems I also don't have issue with getting pregnant but with holding it. I can take only one positive of that, at least miscarriage occurred earlier this time and I will ovulate soon. It is difficult to see my close ones with similar dates to my first miscarriage and now second miscarriage. I'm hoping for bfp in June and to be in healthy pregnancy before due date of my first pregnancy.

@HopeForRainbowbaby hi lovely xxx sorry for your losses xx must be hard but yes deffo take the positives that you can get pregnant easily . I'm thinking I dont get pg as easily as some other ladies on here as first time took 3 /4 months (which I know isnt actually that long although it felt like it and feels like it now) and in 3rd cycle now since MMC . But dont get pg straight away like some ladies do . Weve all got to take positives from what we can . My story very similar to your first MMC . Last few days in feb had our first scan, found out there no heartbeat and no idea about MC before this was heartbreaking. Then had surgery early march like 6 days later . Been trying again since. Xxx you will get there babe and deffo get some good support and sometimes a giggle here from ladies who know how you feel xx sending lots of luck to you 🌈

@renna - cute pupper!! I’m a few days behind you cycle wise lol!! My fertil window starts next sat and I’m predicted to ovulate the following sat 🤞🏻 It’s our month!! My oh and I are finally in our house - so no more dtd in a room with no door at my parents house 🙌🏻

@Renna Shelby is such a cutie and I'm not even a dog girl 😍 she will definitely keep you distracted up to Ovulation, next Wednesday will come around super quick don't worry.

@HopeForRainbowbaby I'm so sorry for your losses, so hard the once I can't imagine how it felt to have that positive for it to be taken away so soon. Have you spoken to your GP at all? I really hope that June is 3rd time lucky for you and it's a super sticky bean x
