@Newbie0818 I have no idea. I doubt I’d qualify for the June bus if my cycle is as long as previously but I’ll definitely watch it if there is one x

@Sausage1990 I had a headache yesterday, cramping today with a bit of spotting, all my usual signs!

@Sausage1990 There is a June bus, think it’s called the 50 shades of June and they are on part 2 by the looks of it already 😊

I’m also glad I’m not the only one too, we’ve definitely gone the full distance with this bus! I’ve been tracking any symptoms a bit more using the FF app this month, just so I know what’s normal for me if AF does show. I think the stand out symptoms over the last week would be that every night when I go to bed and first thing in the morning I’ve been getting an acid reflux/bile taste in my mouth with a very slight nauseas feeling, and that I’ve been feeling permanently bloated since O but now moved to a ‘tight’ feeling in my very lower abdomen continuously which I can’t remember having before. Boobs are also very tender but that’s normal for me anyway. What about you? 🙂

@MoonW just feel very tired and a bit deflated I guess! this TTC business is so draining, probably wouldn’t be so bad if we could go out and do things to take your mind off It all. I’m having a pitty day today 😂

@RobinRose it really is, and you’re allowed to have a pity day! 💕 it definitely does feel like there is less distractions with being unable to go out, is there anything you had been restricting/not doing over the last couple of weeks that you can now do to treat yourself? I know for me it’s having a steaming hot shower/bath and Pepsi (caffeine) xx

@MoonW umm no not really! I have a Passionfruit cider in the fridge so will have that, hot bath and pamper session with some chocolate as soon as af shows !x

@RobinRose Oooh I love passion fruit cider. My favourite is a mango cider in one of our local bars though, but I can’t seem to get hold of it anywhere to have any at home sadly.

@MoonW I love anything with passionfruit, got some passionfruit yoghurts delivered this morning! Oh that is a shame, Rekorderlig do a mango and raspberry cider, could be the next best thing?

@robinrose thank you. we done the SMEP plan for the first time this month but didn't end up following it properly as DH broke a bone in his leg half way through! I think we managed to DTD 3 times before I got my peak then femometer moved my ovulation day forward and cause of DH injury we didn't get to DTD the 3 days in a row so I thought I missed it

@MoonW they seem like good symptoms 🤞🏻 I've had some symptoms - some cramps, some back ache and my boobs have been sore on & off... Oh I've had a wierd metallic/bile taste in the mornings too. My cm has been creamy/thin too but I'm not sure if that means anything anymore. I have no idea anymore haha

Has anyone ever tracked their heart rate? I had a look at my heart rate and my normal reading is 52-54bpm. The day I ovulated it shot to 65 then dropped to 50 the next day. Then every day since it’s risen by 1 then today has jumped to 64, I’m 8dpo now.

Find it all quite fascinating 😂

@buckingmad quite a few of us track it - there's even a thread for it called something like tracking bfp with rhr. It's usually on the first or second page of threads.

@MoonW haha I know I've had symptoms on an off every cycle so I now know they mean nothing really. I got excited about my cm a few weeks ago but really I hadn't even ovulated and it was just normal fertile cm.

I'm actually trying hard to ignore all symptoms. And actively tell myself it's nothing. As we only just caught my LH spike and DTD twice as a last try I'm not sure we did enough as we had been doing smep method and we're all sexed out but then lol. Maybe it was enough, maybe it wasn't. But God I'm praying it was... To be able to show him a BFP for his birthday on the 4th would be amazing!

@Sausage1990 I have my fingers tightly crossed for you 🤞🏻 we was also trying SMEP but late ovulation meant we only dtd the day of my spike because we was both just to tired!

@Sausage1990 it only takes one time, and fingers are crossed for you 🤞✨ we also tried to follow the SMEP method but then there is the possibility I ovulated later than we thought so may not have caught it in time. Oooh it would be so lovely as a birthday present 💕
