I am pretty sure you should not be taking cod liver oil! I would double check that if i were you!

I am sure you can crush the tablet instead if that is better.

I have trouble swallowing due to a muscle condition if your diet is ok you only really need folic acid and vit d if you buy the individuals of these there quite small much smaller than then multi vitamins and they go down really well with a fizzy drink!
You can't eat liver during pregnancy due to the vit A levels so I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to take cod liver oil!

Definitely no cod liver oil @kaur83 (see this post by the NHS www.nhs.uk/common-health-questions/pregnancy/can-i-take-cod-liver-oil-supplements-when-i-am-pregnant/). As @BooMamaBear says, both folic acid and VitD are small pills (I take the Boots ones)

If you can't get to a boots most larger supermarket stores do them I get morrisons ones!

@kaur83 I have difficulty swallowing tablets too so I take Feroglobin liquid, which is also safe for pregnant women and has folic acid in. Doesn’t cover Vit D I don’t think so might have to find a small tablet like other users suggest?
