Hi Ladies,

So we seem to be absolutely hammering through our May Bus 2 thread. My gosh we can chat! But you have been vital to my sanity this cycle ❤️❤️❤️ I've tagged as many as i can think of at the end of a working week 🤯 please tag the others as I absolutely haven't the brain power!

@Madz123 and @Aimy1 i got my peak on CD44 last cycle! But I was sure I’d Ov’d earlier going by cm etc. Sometimes you can get a peak just before af turns up as lh rises, or if you’re actually pregnant, so I’d do a FRER just in case!

@Franklydear the suspense is killing me! All the signs are really promising ✨✨✨

@Newbie0818. I am trying to keep a cool head, so if af shows tomorrow or Sunday I want be so devastated, I keep reading everywhere the signs are the same one way or another, and I truly had them all before

I haven't had chance to catch up on the posts yet but I will do!

I am 4DPO I have just wiped in the toilet and this was on the tissue. Any ideas? Could it be implantation bleeding?

I am not due AF until the 26th according to my Femometer app!

My Cervix Position is also high and soft I would say! I have been tracking the whole of this month.

I hope these are all good signs 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

@MoonW did you have any EWCM around the same time as the peak? Also, was your reading on the 9th & 10th valid? No sickness or alcohol the night before?

You might find you have a big rise tomorrow but I have read that it’s possible to have multiple lh surges in one cycle but to always go by the last one as ovulation. Maybe keep testing with OPKs in the meantime?

Wait, what? This seems to say that an LH test can pick up PG even before an PG test - because the hormones are similar?

Also, it says that the ‘early pregnancy’ (progesterone) test I dreamed would exist, exists. Just not in the UK! We could all be following progesterone from 5dpo to see if it stays high.

@OrangeJ I don’t tend to get EWCM so can’t really go off CM (also plays on my mind that maybe there is something wrong if I don’t ever get it?). The random rise on the 9th May (CD10) I can only put down to having a restless night so may not have slept as much or may have been moving more trying to get to sleep but not sure why the next day would have been fairly high as well 🤔

I’m still doing OPKs at the minute but stark white so I have no idea what’s going on this month but will keep testing in case there is another LH rise

@Franklydear I totally get what you mean. I always try to do that, suppress the emotions and end up upset anyway, down the heart knows what it wants.

@firsttimetry could be IB? Though early, not impossible. No idea sorry!

@MoonW I don't want to pretend to be a chart expert but it looks like you might have ovulated on CD13? You had the dip and the opk? I do mine on natural cycles so it looks a bit different but on my ov day temp was 36.16 then the next day 36.43- not a huge jump. Could CD10 be an anomaly? Did you drink/ sleep late or badly then?

@Lorylondon, thanks for the link. I of course ran upstairs to take a ovulation test to see. I'm 3dpo and I had a very faint line! Curious to see if its remaining hormones from ovulating or the beginning of a pregnancy.

@inthestars90 I thought so with the dip & positive OPK at first too, but then today’s temp seems very low and too much in the ‘norm’ to count as the 3 high temps that are meant to happen post ovulation I though? I know I didn’t sleep well the night where I took my temp on CD10, but thought it odd CD11 was also raised?

Guess it’s just going to be a case of wait and see for the rest of this month and play it by ear, thank you for your advice

aaah girls I just had the most awkward thing happen at work lol. I was venting to a colleague on IM about another colleague who was being difficult today - completely forgetting I had shared my screen with said colleague so she saw it all! One of those please earth swallow me whole moments.

Definitely in need of Headspace, Bettina and WINE tonight as my anxiety is through the roof. Thoughts and prayers please LMAO

@firsttimetry - Implantation at 4dpo is very rare, but I don't think it's impossible. I started spotting around then last month too, and I never spot! Which was very frustrating. Fingers crossed!

@MoonW I'm not a chart expert either, but I reckon cd13 was O day for you! My charts don't always follow the consistent "up" expected. I've attached January's - I did ovulate though! Bodies are weird, and they seem to LOVE doing stuff a bit out of the ordinary too!

@moonw I second @mrsemilyb - I think you just need to have 3 days over the cover line (where is the line on your chart btw?) but not necessarily consecutively increasing bbts?

So, I did the same earlier today. I got a 81 on Femometer and now a 180! That’s peak fertility. But... I thought I O’d last weekend with incredibly painful back cramps and am now 4-6dpo (It wasn’t conclusive). So am I just ovulating now? Or producing HCG? May need to grab OH for one more for luck.

@juno231 oh my god. NIGHTMARE! How did said colleague react?! Definitely sounds like something I'd do.

So, unfortunately I had some more pretty excruciating pain and full-on AF-like bleeding so phoned GP who referred to EPU at hospital. They've suggested it's unlikely to be ectopic as none of my symptoms indicate that but likely an early miscarriage.

They've said it won't affect ability to conceive again.

Onwards and upwards I suppose!!

🤭 @Juno231. What a howler! On the bright side at least you haven’t got to see them for a while (assuming you’re wfh and not needing to go in for a bit 😅).

I get paranoid when I’m screen sharing with our nightmare Managing Director that a colleague might send me an email while sharing screens slagging him off. 😂 fingers crossed, it’s not happened yet!

It is possible I could be more than 4DPO. I missed a couple of days on the LH strips and I'm not sure if I missed my peak.
