Hi Ladies,

So we seem to be absolutely hammering through our May Bus 2 thread. My gosh we can chat! But you have been vital to my sanity this cycle ❤️❤️❤️ I've tagged as many as i can think of at the end of a working week 🤯 please tag the others as I absolutely haven't the brain power!

@Franklydear here in Belgium, Stradivarius is for younger girls/teens, Zara mainly mid-late twenties and Mango is somewhere in between.

I shop at all of them if they have what I like!

NemoBear7 · 14/05/2020 12:58

Lol! All this talk of baby clothes is making me even more broody, if that’s even possible!

Franklydear · 14/05/2020 12:58

I can’t get away with Stradivarius any more, ...

Skyla01 · 14/05/2020 13:34

@Littlepeas2 I think cm is meant to dry up before AF. It does for me normally but I've also been getting much more cm than normal for tww. I'm hoping it's a good sign for us both!

@Franklydear I have to stop myself shopping baby stuff because it just make me sad and I worry we'll never get our baby (we've been trying a while). Can't wait to get that BFP and allow myself to browse! I hadn't even thought about clothes for me though!

@MrsEmilyB I really like "betina rae- gently fertility yoga for the tww". It's only 15min but has been a game changer for me in the TWW to stop me stressing.

Franklydear · 14/05/2020 13:43

@skyla I might give the yoga a try, I need to relax

Franklydear · 14/05/2020 13:44

Alsor are nearly at 800 already, we going to need a new bus🙈

MrsEmilyB · 14/05/2020 13:47

@Skyla01 thank you! I may give it a try later/tomorrow. I'm so tired I'm planning to finish my next appointment and then pause work to go for a nap and pick it up later 😴

Does anyone have anything yet, hiding in the wings? In Joules they had a mega cute top about a year ago which said "mummy cool" and I will admit I did buy one, in a size up from what I am now, for when I am a cool mummy! I'm sure I've also got a little fox cardigan (for a baby) that I've had about 2 years 🦊😂 not weird at all. I promise.

You're right @franklydear! We are natter nannies! Who wants to create the next one?

Ha I'm glad I'm not the only one who keeps getting maternity clothes ads! Mine all seem to be Seraphine though and although they look looovely they also have crazy price tags! I'll be more of an H&M gal I think - although I haven't bought anything yet.

I was actually browsing baby clothes on Lindex today (love their stuff and most of them have double row of buttons in the crotch so baby can grow into them and wear them for longer) but as of yet I don't really have anything stashed away. I do have a few books for kids I've held on to but that's about it!

@mrsemilyb should we hold off creating a new thread as we always end up leaving the previous thread prematurely and have an awkward period of people posting in both? I reckon this one could last us until Sunday!

Skyla01 · 14/05/2020 14:16

@MrsEmilyB a fox cardigan is so adorable! Can't wait until I can start shopping for this stuff for real.

I've never seen so many buses for one month before, and we aren't even half way through the month!

@Franklydear definitely give that yoga a try! The positive mindset she talks about is the best thing, I've really changed how i think about the ttc journey. If I'm successful this month all credit going to this yoga!

TheLastStark · 14/05/2020 14:26

So the cravings for pancakes are back again but now I'm afraid to make them in case they don't live up to the expectation Grin

Newbie0818 · 14/05/2020 14:38

@MrsEmilyB sorry you’re feeling nauseaus, but you never know, it could be a good sign? 🤞🏼

So I’ve got my seed cycling bits and bobs, does anyone know how I time it with my ridiculous cycles? In theory, should be flax and pumpkin days1-14, then sesame and sunflower days 15-28. But as you know my cycles have been whack. Do I still follow the days as if I had a normal cycle, or will taking the “progesterone seeds” impact on ovulation?

MrsEmilyB · 14/05/2020 14:56

@juno231 - yes you're right with the thread thing! Also I LOVE seraphines maternity clothes but yup, the price tag is mega! It'll be new look, boohoo and asos for me I'm sure!

How have i never heard of lindex?! That stuff is mega cute!!

@newbie0818 - the headache is back too 😢 but not a migraine like yesterday thank god. With seeds I cycle flax and pumpkin until I get a positive OPK then switch. Who knows if that's correct though!

I was given a bunch of Seraphine stuff for my first PG and loved some of them. I also bought a few things new and noticed they have frequent sales. It’s worth signing up to the emails for discount codes. Also, when you buy something you get a 10-20% code to pass onto as many people as you want, and when they buy something, you get another code for you. (If we post these on MN there’s no need to ever pay full price for Seraphine!)

Sorry, am obviously jumping the gun a bit - but it’s so nice to have something else to think about!

Another thing I noticed is if you sign up for your local are mums FB group - there’s bound to be one - people sell bundles of maternity clothes. If you posted a request for say dresses in your size, I’m sure you’d get loads of people flinging them at you. I have a sack (that I’m obviously hoping to use again) but will then just become clutter. Same is true of all baby gear, and I find it easier than ebay or marketplace as its bound to be local and often it’s free. These are also the best places for info on local baby/child services in my opinion.

lorylondon · 14/05/2020 15:25

I noticed that I have very achy muscles, not sure what might be causing that, because aside from my daily walk in the park with DS, I am getting no exercise.

Anyone else?

TheLastStark · 14/05/2020 15:52

Does anybody else's CM seem to change throughout the day?

This morning I had ahem phlegmy gobs and now it's creamy.

Sure this is all normal, but would love to know if others have had the same thing!

Juno231 · 14/05/2020 15:59

@lorylondon that sounds brilliant and tbh it's reminded me that surely a lot of this must be making the rounds on ebay seeing as they're for such a specific amount of time.

My pregnant friends all rave about how nice maternity jeans are so I can wait to have one of those one day!

All this is just making me worried it'll never happen though - it's why I've never dared buy stuff in advance :(

Franklydear · 14/05/2020 16:06

Cm is changing yes, and when I thought it has dried up back on again, what is that about, I also have backpain today... Cycles usually between 23-26 days, cd 24 today... time, hurry up

Littlepeas2 · 14/05/2020 16:10

Ahh I love maternity clothes! Previously I felt that I made more of an effort pregnant that I did normally!
@juno231 you will absolutely get your time!!

@TheLastStark I had exactly the same today (11dpo) but I know some people do get this just before AF so who knows 🥴

My AF symptoms are coming on. I’ve gone from being constipated to quite soft (i know totally TMI 🤣) and I get this every time before AF! So along with the heavy CM I had today I think quite possibly that’s me out. My symptoms are showing sooner than I thought seen as I’m 11DPO but I really felt i ovulated earlier than my app said so that would explain that!

I think I’m going to order some OPK. Any recommendations ladies?

Newbie0818 · 14/05/2020 16:26

@MrsEmilyB oh poor you :( that’s rotten. Hugs x
Thanks for the seed info! That’s what I think I may do as I’m worried I won’t ovulate if I switch too early, though some sites online say to keep to the 1-14 and 15-28 days if you’re regulating your cycle 🤔

Skyla01 · 14/05/2020 16:30

@Juno231 same here not bought any baby stuff. I feel guilty even browsing it. Don't want to jinx anything! Must be getting close to testing time for you?

@Franklydear oh wow you too- not long to wait!

@MrsEmilyB I've also been feeling a bit blah today actually. Nausea, tummy pain, just not right. But not sure it's related to my cycle, maybe just random. The last few nights I haven't slept well either so that don't help.

@lorylondon I've had random sore muscles too! Trying to work out if I've done a funny exercise or some funny lifting to cause it...

Juno231 · 14/05/2020 16:44

@littlepeas2 I just use the 50 pack of femometer ones and scan them with the app. Works fine for me for now!

@Skyla01 did a cheapie this morning that was the snowiest white. I don't even know why I bothered when I know I'm out! Expecting AF to come this weekend so just waiting for that now. How are you holding up? Tempted to test yet?

Got my amazon delivery today so have started on the ubiquinol now - Fx that helps boost my egg quality.

lorylondon · 14/05/2020 16:58

@Skyla01 Those all sound like good signs! Let's hope muscle soreness is another one :)

@Juno231 I think that's exactly right - ppl wear the same things for (let's be honest) about a year or more and then can't wait to get rid of them, so a presumably a big resale market. I have everything crossed for you- And us all! - that we will soon be buying them!

In symptom spotting, I threw the oven mitts at OH last night when he told me to please go sit down - when I was fussing in the kitchen that dinner (that he was cooking...) was 20 minutes late. I am certain this was hormonal, I just hope it's the right kind of hormonal. (Poor OH is a little worried).

Littlepeas2 · 14/05/2020 17:29

@Skyla01 I was thinking that the CM was a good sign until my bowel movements changed as well today 🙈 I’m so sorry.. this is the only place you can literally share everything isn’t it 🤣 so the 2 of them together are sure signs of AF 🙄

Really hoping yours turns into a BFP!!!

MrsEmilyB · 14/05/2020 17:37

@littlepeas2 - how many dpo are you? Don't forget all the way up to 12dpo is implantation so our bodies are gonna be doing exactly what they would usually be doing to gear up for AF potentially.
