So we seem to be absolutely hammering through our May Bus 2 thread. My gosh we can chat! But you have been vital to my sanity this cycle ❤️❤️❤️ I've tagged as many as i can think of at the end of a working week 🤯 please tag the others as I absolutely haven't the brain power!

Sorry I’ve not been so active the last week, I’ve decided this month to not be so intense either the tracking etc, and am just using one ovulation stick in the afternoon a day. I’m still tracking BBT but not putting so much pressure on this month.

Can’t believe how many positives from this bus so far! Fingers crossed for some more😃

I am a bit confused, my cramps have become more of a pulling sensation.... af not due until next Saturday, but irregular is the name of the game, won’t be testing until the 21st if at all needed.

@MrsEmilyB Yeah work definitely has an impact on things and can't imagine doing 12hrs at the moment, I'm going into work but reduced hours of 10-4 and it's only just ramping up with work load a little. Well last month my LP was 13 days but it was the first time I've ever tracked ovulation so not sure if that is standard. The 20th would put me at 18dpo so definitely late 😬

@Franklydear I'm having some pulling sensations but can't work out if they are normal for me 😩

Any BBT experts out there... so my chart has been pretty much stable since ovulation but it dropped this morning at 8dpo, does your bbt slowly drop towards AF? Do you have a sudden drop the day before? Or basically what happens?

I know some people talk of an implantation dip but I can't seem to find any normal period month charts that show what happens.

Any advice welcome it's my first full month tracking so just want to know the signs I'm getting my period xx

Just gone to loo and spotting blood. I am only 8dpo, could it be implantation. Surely it's way too soon for AF ?

@SmileyT I wouldn't say I'm an expert but have charted for a while. Looking at mine it normally drops either the day before or day of AF starting. This month I had a dip at 7dpo then a steady climb back up, BFP at 11dpo. However from the research I did it looks like some people have the dip and some don't, and if it keeps going down it's more likely AF is coming. If I were you I'd test in 3 days at the earliest. Fingers crossed for you!

@popcorndiva FC it is implantation! Sounds far too early for AF.

@Newbie0818 I can understand why you are anxious. But it might just be post-pill irregularity rather than something else? See what blood tests show though. It took my cycles 6 months to get regular. Hope you get an answer soon. If it's any consolation I've had regular cycles for ages and still not preggers so it's only 1 piece of the puzzle. I think AF due between today & Wed. No sign of anything yet but not getting my hopes up. Trying not to think about it too much but feel this might be a long week ahead!

At least there is some light at the end of the lock-down tunnel!

Hi everyone, I’ve been following you all but only just buckled up the nerve to post. But nice to finally say hi. I’m 27, I have 1 DS 3.5, I’m in cycle 1 on day 26. Think I’m 12dpo, didn’t test, just based on app. I took a CB this morning and I was still unsure, I swear I could see a line when I held it in a certain way but with others nothing. I compared it to a brand new one and it I swear I could see it but basically my question is, how faint can a faint line be? Af due on Tuesday and I think I’m about to go mad. 😂

@whizzkids0812 a line is a line! Try again in a few days first thing in the morning?

@Violetlilac I hope so but it was so faint I couldn’t even work out if I was seeing things. First time, I never did any of this so it’s all new to me.

@SmileyT I’m definitely no expert and this is only my second month of tracking BBT, but here’s my chart from last cycle and AF arrived the day of the big dip at the end. Dips between 7-10dpo can be a sign of implantation, but everyone is different and it may also just be a fluctuation but will keep fingers crossed for you! 🙂

@MoonW thanks for showing your graph, I don't have the paid FF app so haven't really seen what a normal cycle looks like. It's really interesting as I would've thought if mine kept creeping up after the little dip it was positive news but good to set realistic expectations ❤️

@Whizzkids0812 if you see a blue line on CB however faint I'd say it's positive as it has to have detected hcg to show it, if it's colourless than I'd just test again in a few days. Fx it's a blazing positive next week x

@fluffkins haha tbh practice! The first few times won't make sense but soon enough you'll be able to tell if it's high up or low by how far you have to reach to find it. Softness makes no sense either until you can start comparing - although if it's really firm you'd get that.

There are guides online about comparing it to the softness of your nose vs lips if firm or soft - those might help you to start with? I use the femometer app and when tracking cervical position it even uses noses and lips as guides!

@MoonW - how are you feeling about the relaxed approach? I've promised DH I will take a more relaxed approach in July but I'm not sure I can lol!

@SmileyT - if you manage to hold off til 18 dpo there'll be no squinting! 😊 Looking at your chart you have such a lovely strong temp rise! I have chart envy - your progesterone must be excellent! That definitely could be an implantation dip, or it could be a fluctuation. Here's my chart from last cycle - my temp dipped the day AF came. But it also dipped a few days before at random.

I'm honestly so anxious
I've been having panic attacks loads today. Worried my anxiety is going to be really bad during pregnancy. Any tips?!

@Juno231 that's a great help thank you, I'll have a browse online. I've been using CB digital and IC OPKs 8th cycle ttc, I've downloaded the femometer app, bought the thermometer, femometer opks due to arrive tomorrow I'm currently on CD 16 thinking I should wait till next cycle to use it all to start fresh even though I haven't ovulated yet 😩

I'm willing to try anything

@Skyla01 thank you. I really hope they do regulate. But as you said there’s lots of other factors too. I’ve got myself a femometer to start temping though and we’re both taking Pregnacare supplements now, and with bloods getting done at least I know I’m trying everything!

@Newbie0818 How long have you been taking Pregnacare supplements? You’ve mentioned your cycles getting longer and not being predictable and that is one of the side effects written on the box and there’s several reviews online of people saying that the supplements did that to them. They may not be the cause but thought I’d mention it just in case!
