TTC straight after MC... fertile?

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has some success stories after MC. I had a very early MC, also called a chemical pregnancy which ended April 21st. I am currently ovulating (according to my calendar), will my body take a while to conceive or will I be more fertile now? My bleeding stopped after 3 days (as would my usual period) and I am just wondering what to do or what to expect. Thank you!

I don’t know for sure but wanted to say hi and say I’m going through a similar thing. I miscarriaged last week at 6+1 weeks and bleed for 5 days. I’m started to ovulate now and DTD every few days already. How far along where u? X

I was around 5 weeks. I bled around the time my period was due so it was very early days thankfully. Let's hope we have some luck this month! X

I don't have direct experience - had a MC years ago but wasn't trying after - but have read that you are more fertile right after. I don't know if that's true, but I've def heard more than once. Good luck ladies ❤️

It was years ago for me now but I was told that after the end of a pregnancy, there is a higher chance than normal of conceiving. It's the same effect as coming off the pill supposedly. After my first miscarriage I became pregnant the next cycle. After having a ruptured ectopic pregnancy I couldn't face the thought of pregnancy so went back on the pill... and became pregnant as soon as I stopped. I believe the advice is to wait for your cycle to normalise after miscarriage but if you're emotionally ready to face another pregnancy, it may be that you conceive quickly.
