@bee1311 I'll check those apps out, thanks! I'm not sure I'm enough of a morning person to do the thermometer thing properly, it needs to be done as soon as your eyes open pretty much, and I'm a snoozer with my alarm!

I'm looking forward to getting back into a normal cycle and getting more intune with my body, hopefully I will get to notice the signs myself.

The thing I read was that when you stop the pill, the first bleed is a withdrawal bleed, rather than a period - so basically I won't have a real period until I have a full cycle. Some people do fall pregnant in this time, but it makes it harder to date the pregnancy apparently. I'm not sure how big a deal this is!

It must be so hard not to test early. I'll try and be strict about that too.

Love that you've just adopted a dog from abroad! My friend is in the process of doing the same thing, such a lovely idea. If it's meant to be all at once it's meant to be! 😂

Thank you ladies!! 11dpo, and just "had a feeling" so thought I'd test. I've had some cramping the last few days and felt a bit nauseous this morning but otherwise nothing is different!! We did SMEP, and I've been taking prenatal vitamins since I fell pregnant the first time in November-I just kept taking them after my MC.

Congrats @peonyrose87 I stopped taking folic acid after my MMC, but will probably start again soon. Just waiting for my 2nd AF to hopefully come on time and cycles to regulate.

Can anyone give me some advice? So I still have no sign of AF and today in my lower abdomen is a weird shaped hard lump? Like I'm freaking out guys!

@Sakura54 🤞🏻 your cycles get back to normal soon. It took ten weeks for me to have a period after my MMC and then I didn't ovulate until my fourth (which was this one).

@peonyrose87 wow, that long for AF and ovulation...It's amazing that you caught straightaway after what you've been through and all that waiting. Hope you will get your rainbow this time.

My first AF came a month after my MVA and 2nd one is due next week so I've just been patiently waiting. No idea if/when I ovulated so I’m just going to go with the flow (no pun intended) for about 6 months before worrying/wondering.

@rma13 it still sounds like you're pregnant to me. When is the GP going to see you again or are they referring you elsewhere? It's odd that they said it could be menopause seeing as this happened with your DC too.

@Sakura54 apparently shes referred me for an "urgent" scan but due to Covid they are taking a while! Honestly I've got a proper lump, if I was thin I'd swear it's a baby bump! But I am quite over weight so you cant really see it just feel it! It's so odd!!

AF has stopped now, my fertile week should start this week. We’re off work this week, so I’m hoping that we can relax and have fun - no stressing (which is easier said than done).

I'm on the fourth day of my cycle now (this will be our first one trying). I'm nervous!

So something interesting happened. I’m on CD 28 so AF is due any day now, but just now I felt like I was going to faint, I’m dizzy and my stomach hurt when I moved/sneezed. These were some of my pregnancy symptoms last time. I wasn’t ready this month due to using a new eczema cream, not to mention I’ve been using a nose spray for hay fever and haven’t been taking folic acid! I didn’t think I would ovulate so soon after the MMC and was only half TTC. I’m too scared to test and don’t want to see a confusing result so might give it a few days. Oh boy!

Sounds like it's time to order some more folic acid! I'm so sorry to hear about your MMC too.

As an aside, you can take folic acid when TTC. I've been taking pregnancy multivitamins for a good few months now - they are suitable for TTC as well and it's an easy way of getting vit D too! Tommy's recommends to start taking folic acid tablets two months before you stop contraception/start trying, I think.

Lol I do have folic acid and vit D. I stopped taking folic acid when I hit 12 weeks 2 months ago and haven't been bothered since. Was going to start again once I got my 2nd AF, but took it yesterday.

Hi ladies, how are you all? I’m after some advice, I’m not sure if I’ve just had a LH surge or if I’ve ovulated and missed my peak over the weekend. I had lots of EWCM sat evening and a temp drop yesterday and then it’s risen today. Last cycle I caught my peak on OPK’s which happened very quickly. I only had a surge last time for two days.

@Suki2020 those tests on the 21st look SO close! How was your temp today? Another rise?
