Opk help

Hello!
I’ve started using OPk’s for the first time this cycle as my BBT is quite hard to read. My lines have been getting progressively darker over the last few days and I’ve been using Fermometer to interpret them. Yesterday I got into the ‘high’ bracket and early afternoon today the test line was almost as dark as the control. I thought I must be reaching the peak so tested again later this afternoon and the line was only very faint. Now I’m confused. The first test was at 1pm and second about 5pm.
Is it likely I could have missed the peak in such a small window? If not, are there any other explanations for this happening?

@Minster2012 it it helps on my peak days it says to test 2-3 times per day

Oh my! Day 23?!!! How long do you think your cycles are @babyG123 don’t think we can DTD every other day til then 😂

I mean, getting something other than 0 would be nice @babyG123 😂

@Minster2012 mine were pretty much 0 all the way up until they went high and peak in one day and then back down to the 0 straight after so I wouldn't worry. Some people have a quick surge, kinda good as it's easier to pinpoint ovulation 🙌🏾

@Minster2012 my last one was 37! All over the show since I had DS1 14 months ago and breastfed until 10 months. I guess 20 months with no period takes a while to settle again. 🤪 I'm sure you'll get a surge if you keep trying.

Well I think I might be out this cycle anyway, weird bleeding what I thought was mid cycle so I don’t think my body is still right after miscarriage 😥@babyG123 so probs gonna have to wait I’ve no idea
